This can certainly not be legal and should be made public. Customer bought from us 2 days ago (18 August) and we informed the customer that there's a delay from the wholesaler but that we will deliver the goods paid for by tomorrow 21 August. Whether it's through inside connections or banking policy we don't know BUT this disgruntled customer unwilling to wait 1 more day BLOCKED our business account by lodging a complaint as *****. Without any email, sms or call from the bank they BLOCK a business account due to a R 2500 delivery taking place tomorrow. When we enquired they said an investigating officer will be appointed and we'll receive an email in 3 - 7 days. This is absolutely ridiculous and borderline ******** to have a customer BLOCK a business account. We will take this to the highest court if need be and will make this public on all platforms if this matter is not resolved and the account opened by 21 August 2025 at 10h00 We're in talks with our legal department to take decisive action against the customer and the alleged insider.
10 years gym contract at Planet Fitness Hennopspark Centurion of which a family contract for several years of this. Probably utilized 5 of the 10 years but kept on paying, haven't signed a renewed contract in years and have requested for my gym contract which is actually nil and void to be canceled as they keep on *****ulently debiting my account by changing the amount and the day of debit. Same story with my son after canceling and paying the outstanding amount they still taunt him to pay R 899 cancelation fee and yet his contract lapsed and he didn't want to renew it so it was month to month. They're call center agents and credit control/debt collectors makes all sorts of threats about black listing. Absolutely horrible experience with Planet Fitness and everyone should consider when taking out a contract as they make the cancelation process ridiculously difficult while forcing debits. I hate giving companies a bad rating as I have several of my own but when large companies use bullying tactics to keep customers then the writing is on the wall.
Sold my vehicle over a year ago, canceled the Tracker contract, spoke to the call center, emailed and they continue to debit my account *****ulently on a monthly basis, they change the amount for the value to go through as I've reversed several debit orders and stopped the debit orders. Very ***** business practices. I'll pursue legal action

Still no help from Booking.com Your service is absolutely horrible. 4 days to try and change my old number the new number to view my bookings. The South African number is not working and cuts of immediately. Automated responses on partner help and emails. Horrible website & app that is not user friendly at all. Treating people that list with them like nothing.
It's evident that the ratings of this hospital are declining drastically over the last 5 years. Service is horrible from staff and hardly no feedback from doctors, especially after surgery. Several family members over the last few years have complained about the lack of service, accountability & communication from staff and doctors. You should seriously reconsider before taking your loved ones to this fast declining institution. They need a new CEO to run this hospital with an iron fist for the service levels to increase and ratings to climb or eventually there will be nothing left.
