Horrible experience
I ordered on the 6th of July today is the 6th of August and I still haven't received my order. No communication from them and I couldn't get their phone numbers. Horrible experience

Unresolved refund issues
I feel ****med. I’ve been waiting over 10 days for a voucher refund with no response. I regret ever trusting them with my money. It’s been a horrible experience and it seems like they don’t even care about bad reviews.

Unauthorised debit orders
I had a car insurance policy with budget that I cancelled the same day I opened it. When I was cancelling the policy the guy was very rude to me he was refusing for me to cancel the policy. He ended up sending me a cancellation letter but to my surprise money is deducted from my account, I never even authorised their Debit check. I keep on reversing the debit order and I'm tired. Every time I call the company they claim to be having network issues. I am not impressed with this whole situation, stop debiting money from my account.
