I am here to share a very painful experience can this nit be attended by just agent takebitbto Hollywood management if possible share with me the email address i can send to all the documents and proof of what am about to share, it not just experience something that has impacted the life of innocent kids, I understand very well that this is personal choice joining Hollywood but hear the story is off a mother who's suffering from mental illness with proof who had spent all the money on Hollywood that left a child not going to school, young one drinking tea not formula, being kicked out of the flat and kids are now suffering to death.the 16 year old son attempted suiced as he was supposed to resume Matric classes a week ago but he couldn't because all the money was used in this site. Her account was closed 4 years ago we don't know how she reactivated . I need Hollywood management accountants, manager's to please help us get etlist help for the kids this us so painful to watch an A+ student career being destroyed by a gambling addict suffering from mentally illness, depression and anxiety. We gonna loose the mother and kids please even if you don't return the actual value she used or Deposited but some sort of food vouchers ,uniform and stationery, school fees etc. The eldest sin lost everything that includes her cellphone, Laptop he use for school as an IT or CAT learner all the leaners are at school but him is at home loosing hope no shelter no food,no uniform no stationery, no school fees Hollywood management i need your engagement to this please of you can't return the actual amount your social, donations etc come up with an urgent solution to assist this innocent souls, it beyond control .I will share all the documents should I received proper email for someone who will look at this matter We took the mother to get help, contacted the bank and took her cellphone as she's already on antidepressants but we need help to save the kids
I have tried it all to engage the employer (Human Capital) with one of Absa employee it will be very sad that we might ended up involving the police and fetch him from he's work place. This person i requested the employer to give him support, counseling if ever he needs one towards the abuse statements and failing to support he's 17 year old son complaining about problems he's facing. But lately he is not showing no remorse but ego , he is posting the mother medical records on social media just to avoid being judge for not being responsible can an employer engage with this leader how can you post medical records on social media? Because deep down ge knows that he's not supporting the child as we speaker a grade 12 learner is at home because he doesn't have uniform stationary and transport but the father is the leader with No sympathy a mother went through severe depression because of him yet he's posting that on social media for the public to know her medical history. I am requesting again for Human Capital to engage with this person it a family matter that should involve police and court
Can you ABSA Bank teach your employees to be honest and reliable,I assistad one of Absa branch managers who head ill child the guy asked me if I can assist him and the mother of the child he will pay me this week as I trust bank employees and i understand the matter as a parents he says he drowning in debt and no family member was available to assist them i paid the CT scan fees since than he's ignoring the emails, WhatsApp, calls not responding it hurt me because I requested this guy to be assistas as he is avoiding he's responsibilities to be a father i ended up not fulfilling my own kids needs just to provide for he's son he make up some stories of not working fired by ABSA how can we trust a bank with such embarrassing dishonest employee i want him to pay my money and seek help as he is avoiding everything to do with paying or being responsible this case is not about he's son but disloyal of bank employee i have proof of all that.
Doea Absa bank have financial literacy programs for their staff, do you have wellness centre where employees can attend if they're are facing personal difficulties that may include finances, marriages, debts etc Absa is a brand ,absa staff member is also a brand does Absa take their time to make sure employees are still happy in the environment, managing well ,personal life balancing with work life .I real nee someone from the human resources especially staff wellness to contact me as I have a sensitive matter about one the employees I assume he needs help because he's behavior is affecting the innocent child yet the parents is an absa proud brand I assume he's going through things not sharing with professional people.
My sister is at netcare sunward hospital admitted as an emergency on 15/10 she had severe headaches,stiffed neck and backpain,chaste pain ,,dizzness, nouise etc at the casualty doctor find her blood presure was high. Scans and blood were done also pointing fingers kidney bit issues she was admitted immed. She met the physician on the 16th who is still the treating doctor due to headache we assume must be related to stress as her mental assessment shows scoring if 26l26 high risk or major depression. She requested physiological doctor referral from the treating doctor he refused as they still busy with hypertension invistigation, as whatever bothering her continue she again requested today again he said he can't as he's treating the bp how he is goubto associate that with physiological doctor. In one word the patient requested doctor refused does he know what the patient need to disclose ir discuss is this even allowed should the invistigation keep the patient in hospital for weeks does it mean she had to wait this long not sharing other part of illness with other doctors. Can netcare care advised on is the patient nit allowed to request another form of help if she's admitted for something else
I don't know how they're think because in most cases they are so inhuman.my partner is in hospital I mean mental institution due to some misfortune happened to us past 2months some of the things include hijacked in alberton, bank ***** looing money, Manhattan switched off electricity due to missed rent and a baby using oxygen in most cases had to be rushed to hospital nearest as netcare she incurred another-+R30K debt that must come out of her pocket as well he suffered from major depression due to all that. And some of the things I am forced not to share with hair until she complete the first episode stage of healing. I chose involved court as this this is not a permanent situation. Manhattan forgt that I can't be hands on everything some of us we underprivileged we can't use cellphone during working hours mybe am expected to be always online to respond. At night received a call from my patne elder son in grade 11 coming from studying that he can't enter the gate Manhattan deregistererd my patner number on so no movement as no excess code beside the fear of the child after experiencing the hijacked ,so he must miss school Because the mental ill mother was unable to pay rent I am not the person who like to dragg the legal routes but it the only option to avoid this I'll treatment of electricity switch off and unregulated charges that they denia if you asked them, we better follow it the legal routes. Because court and judges want evidence of everything and against the abuse and traumatizing kids. It not the best solution but it not easy for me as well as someone trying to assist
Me my family, my siblings we are all covered on bonitas we believed in this as from our late grandmother. My sister been admitted in life Glenwood hospital in Benone she fainted that triggered her hypertension .she's someone Suicedal who recently cry every day ,she had a chance to see physiological and express whatever that is bothering her according to the doctor she needed to be admitted to mentally institution Bonitas just declined the admission without giving the institution any instructions or asking a motivation as in now we are are afraid as a family what if she harm herself as the condition it becoming wors yet all doctors are unsure on what the requirements bonitas needs to give Authorisation for someone who severe stressed or depress and ended up being a threats to herself not wanting to talk to anyone in the family only doctors can work better with her. Can bonitas tell us what thy want to give Authorisation, which doctor must motivate in this
Manhattan lofts rental apartment is the wors environment you could ever thought of renting, my wife quits employment because of the pressure she was under due to missing a rent they're switched off the electricity from that's months she's never been the same person. A month ago she sufferd a huge loss that almost took her life she's still in hospital for mental health issues so much been happening to her . GCT charging out account giving us explanation they're were advised by the Agent to do so but the Agent is deniaying all that's we don't know who to believe because all this charges are not reversable and we getting no answers from the credit controller he only confirming he the R109 admin recovery fee yet we have over R400 being charged monthly as recovery fee and he's not aware of that yet GCT gave explanation that he is the one authorised them to do it it is so painful seeing my patner in these state. Even now I had no electricity with the sick child and other one writing exams I tried contact GCT on what'spp screenshot attached [ no answers] except wait a moment it almost 2 hours, I kept on saying on every email no landlord have right to switched off prepaid electricity if tenants miss the rent the laws in South Africa to ne followed should anything happens to Myson who depends on electricity for he's health the landlord and GCT will meet us in court. A month ago something happened she had to ridhthe baby to netcare Alberton as in now she owe the hospital over R30K for that admission only if the electricity wasn't switched off by GCT we wouldn't be owing hospital what you're doing is creating us more problems than solutions. You're extremely helpful towards what's making you profit only,but the treatment on staff very unfair we can't have members suffering from anxiety n depression working for Santam due to product employer offered to them but unable to assist when they have issues with it. Someone close to me is been using that's Santam Tymebank advance on monthly basis according to what she knows and told you are able to take 50% of your daily rating as from 2023 she's been using this product without complains this months she only qualify for 25% of her daily rating when she enquiry with Tymebank being told it the employer payroll who gives monthly limit how can an employer make changes without notifying employees per(clients) when she called the payroll she's being told it Tymebank product they're must sort this for her how Tymebank is going to sort the payroll issues for Santam employee, she went back to Tymebank n she was told the employer give tymbank a lumpsum limit to allocate no further explanation.thus person a month ago qualify for R5800 as she on R1400 daily rate looking at the R349 tymbank offered on the 9th day she will have R2459 WHY can't your payroll give proper explanation about the product they're offered to their staff until when she will be sent from pillar to post until the circle closed? Because there's a reason he needs this service should be changes why not inform people on time who suppose to give explanation about limit SANTAM vs Tymebank? This might not be a good platform to share this but the person responsible refuse to give me correct details and this person is Santam employee who's been talking so good about the company, how happy she is and being the top employer of which we all saw that Santam being the top employer. The lady is a junior staff who don't want anything of her to be shared with her department,colleuges or her supervisor she literally cry as last time she opened up to the superior and HR she ended up being the talk of the office, some colleuges asking sensitive question Abt her mental status etc he prefer.i didn't tell her I will do this but knowing Santam ss the south africa top brand that is been giving back to community for years,been sponsoring different clubs,sport,art etc mybe I can try for them to assist one of their own before she attempted taking decision she will regret in future. The Lady been in and out of hospital the past 2months together with 2 son's 16 yrs and 10months in this case both this kids are hungry there's no food in the house the youngest who's supposed to be on formula is drinking tea because the mother can't afford the formula due to financial commitment she had to go through because of illness as som of the things are not being paid by the medical aid or provided by the hospitals we understand the health comes 1st she was hoping a patner will assist before she gt news he was involved in a car accident, in this state she want to resign with immediate effect because she felt like there's no point to go to work if my kids suffer like this knowing her deep down it not what she want but the pressure of having nothing for survival at this stage is killing her, and as much as he can go see the the****** but at the end she needs the urgent solution to this issues the as in today she's as risk of being chased out of the house she's renting with both ill kids of which I guess it one of the most hectic situation.as much as she want Temporary relief help I believe after she can make a sober decision Abt employment even if she decides to leave santam it might be because she found another Job not because not because she's suffering like this. I asked her what's do you think could assist you now. Could be food parcel, a laptop for my son assistance with paying the house etlist a month payment, or a school fees for my elderst son at this stage I can't choose anything that's will be available I would appreciate it as it been 3days full without food me and my son, it real give me tears on how in this economy we are suffering this person is a degree holder with + 14 years experience in banking and insurance yet she's still struggling on the junior position with no luck of getting something better due to experience, she even want to clean her cv go back to internship in the accounting field as the reality is interns gt 1st preference in most cases than permanent juniors who's been serving for years . Getting employment this day's it not easy I wouldn't allow her to resign before I attempt trying getting help from her employer as much as it was against her will it was the best I could try than looking her loosing her life in most cases employers send you to wellness of which it good but at the end vof the day a the****** won't help with food, school fee, stationery or Rent hence some see it as irrelevant cause you talk at the end you facing a challenge at home it better if only an adult involved in this case the are kids involved that are I'll and one of them attempted suicide because of hunger next thing we see the News a mother who took her life and kids I can't disclosure her details here but willing to give them out should requested
