Worst service ever! I requested for a paid up letter last month and they sent one with an incorrect name and ID, called them to rectify this and I was told I’d get the letter by COB it’s been 2 days now I still don’t have the letter
Booked a bus ticket for the 12th of July the bus was supposed to leave at 16:15 but instead left earlier I got to the bus station before 4 and the bus had already left without even notifying passengers
I logged a *****ulent activity on my account on the 30th of December, was told feedback would be received in 7-14 days, no one contacted me when I followed up on secure chat the rude agent said they sent an escalation and closed the chat before I could even asked questions and there was no ref number from the initial case, I further proceeded and sent an email to complaint and was told I would be contacted within 72 hours and it’s been over 5 days no with yet no response, the service is very poor and disappointing
