I bought a Lenovo IP 3 i7 1255U 16 512 for an engineering student in May 2024. The syssem board needs replacing - less than two years from time of purchase. This seem like very poor quality for a machine that cost R15000.00. The replacement part is now very expensive and delivery has a long delay so i have to purchase another laptop as lectures resume next week - it will not be a Lennova.
I am very impressed by the after sales service of OK furniture and KIC. I bought a KIC fridge online through OK. The inside light did not work. My email to the OK about this was responded to promptly and two day's later, first thing in the morning, a KIC technician arrived and sorted out the minor problem. Thank. you OK and KIC for very good after sales service
I am generally very happy with FNB. However, an elderly friend of mine faces a ridiculous situation. She has to pay her credit card minimum balance by a certain date each month or her card is blocked. However, she has no way of finding. our what the amount is. The bank will not send her statement by email or any other method, nor can she print it out at an ATM. Nor is she allowed to bank online. She has to personally go to a branch to find what she must pay. Surely this is an unreasonable requirement for a 93 year old?
