I'm currently staying at (Oxford Heights) Montana I have been complaining about a lady who stays in my block 7 for months now she plays music loud and she throws cigarettes buds on top people's balcony. The place has turned into Marabastad the noise every weekend and some of us we staying with our families we bought this place so that we can have quality time but it's becoming a nightmare daily we can't sleep at times we have to call security guards over and over she insults security guards or not open the door at all. We have been complaining about this lady but she keeps on doing the same thing I have even given up to call security because she treats them like TRASH. The management of Oxford needs to pull up their socks or the value of this place will definitely drop.We have been having AGM's but nothing gets implemented its like we wasting our time in those meetings. CSI I feel like is failing us. Your assistance on this matter will be highly appreciated.
Good morning, I was dissapointed with the service I got at (MTN Kolonade) I'm currently using MTN pay you go on Huawei P10 and my WhatsApp gave me problems for the past 4 days. I decided to go to MTN as my service provider to go ask for assistance on Sunday I was told to come back on Monday. I went back on Monday sat waiting for ths guy for about 30 minutes whom they said his the one who will assist on my prepaid account he came back he check my phone and he told me that there's nothing he can do and he asked the other stuff member the "lady" that the agent from Huawei is she available for today the lady said "yes" but she whispered to the guy that she's still busy and guy came to me and said Huawei agent is not available on the 27 January 2025 around 15:30 I immediately the same guy advised me to go to "Telkom shop" to go ask for assistance. I was dissapointed and hurt the my service provider can't assist me in one of the biggest branches around RSA and I left went to "Telkom" and I was assisted in 5 minutes without any hustles my WhatsApp is active today due to Telkom friendly stuff. Please kindly give them proper training in MTN Kolonnade they are failing us.
I'm kindly writing this message once again being DISSAPOINTED and HEART BROKEN by Vodacom one of the biggest telecommunications brands. Our complex have installed VODACOM fiber ONLY in our yard and we are one of those took their contract for a year or two years if I'm not mistaken. We had a challenge of power outrage around our area in Montana our wifi was offline from 12 October 2024 we called the fiber department and we were told that a technician will come to our place and fix the situation on the 15 October 2024 the technician never pitched up and we were told that the situation has been resolved but my wifi is still offline till today on the 23 October 2024. I'm highly disappointed in the service of Vodacom or is it because we signed contract with them to treat us like this, yesterday we were told a different story that technicians only come to your place when they don't see any fault at their end but now what surprises me is that how can Vodacom say my issue is resolved while I'm still suffering at place and never bother to send a technician at my house to check their connection. I have warned my family and friend about Vodacom they are service is downgrading daily and their service is VERY VERY POOR.
Good morning everyone I'm currently residing at Oxford Heights (Montana) we been struggling with vodacom network since from Saturday morning they have been sending me from pillar to post. Yesterday a guy called me yesterday claiming to be a technician I explained to the guy that we are still at work can he perhaps come after hours the guy agreed and he never pitched up. I'm frustrated and angry at the same time due to the poor service I'm getting getting from Vodacom it's the second time experiencing THIS POOR and UNRELIABLE SERVICESI think it's time that our complex also give other networks an opportunity to come and install their cables for internet. We have never received any apology from them or explanation of what is taking place,the only thing which they good at is deducting money in our accounts for THEIR HORRIBLE BAD SERVICE.
Pick 'n Pay Maponya Mall they need to go back to training including the Shop manager their service is ridiculous and annoying they don't have respect for customers and for our (Pensioners). I went there today after there today after 3 years the service is still the same BAD. Maponya Mall "Pick 'n Pay won't change.

I'm frustrated and angry at the same time due to the poor service we are getting from Vodacom I think it's time that our complex also give other networks an opportunity to come and install their cables for internet. We have never received any apology from them or explanation of what is taking place,the only thing which they good at is deducting money in our accounts for their BAD SERVICES.
