****ming *****s. When you want to make withdrawals they want to come with all sorts of clauses and rules to not give your money Has happened to me twice.
It has taken rentoza over a month now with still no refund on my money. All you get is a generic email each time I want my money, today still! Unprofessional ,horrible service I DO NOT RECOMMEND EVER USING RENTOZA bunch of ****mers
We made an error on our dependants and phoned in to have it rectified... Instead I haven't been able to book my flights because a dependant was removed and it has not been fixed all I get from customer service is that its a fault on theit system and it can take up to 5 days tp fix. Very peeved about this as it should have been an easy fix!!! We start traveling 13/07 and I'm unable to do anything until this is resolved which I've been told can take a week for something that should have been fixed last week!
Rain is always having problems with their towers, we are currently at 24hours without any connection and its still ongoing their customer service is useless, I am busy looking for alternative internet because Rain cannot answer on when how or how long and its becoming a regular occurrence that their towers are down. 24 HOURS AND WE WORK FROM HOME. I have lost 2 days worth of work because of this!
Standing at the cigarette kiosk for 5 minutes with no cashier in sight yet theres a tea party of 4 at the customer service desk laughing and chatting about leave slips and sick pay days. No one will make eye contact with you so you can ask for a cashier to assist you
My profile or bank card has been hacked now for the second time. Payments being made to "funeral cover" to the amount of 529 in Stellenbosch while I live in another part of cape Town and capitec refuses to reimburse stating I cannot prove it was not me that made the payment. This is the second time this has happened and them refusing to reimburse my funds. The first time someone was swiping my card in Durban for huge amounts and I was sitting in Cape Town and they refused to investigate or reimburse my funds. It's ridiculous how their cyber security is so weak that people can just access your information like nothing. I have contacted the ombudsman and lodged a complaint against capitec bank
I have been trying to get my money paid out from my yoco app into my bank account for over a month. With no help from the support or WHATSAPP system. They never reply. Would not recommend using yoco. They suck when it comes to helping customers. I've had to verify my details over 10 times and each time there's a problem from their side. So fed up with them!!!!!!
