Defective problematic vehicle
Total disregard to clients complaints and grievances. A huge class action lawsuit against NMI Ford N1 city is in progress. Clients is fed up with their excuses. Contravention of the Consumer Protection Act and deception of their clients and loss off clients income is only a few of the grievances that will be sued for. Evidence of misconduct against NMI Ford N1 city will be presented and this time a poor written email to shrug off their responsibility to their clients to the manufacturer to get the Motor Industry Ombudsman of South Africa off their case is not going to work.

NMI FORD N1 CITY Western Cape
Had the worst experience with NMI FORD N1 CITY Western Cape. They totally refused to cooperate with Motor Industry Ombudsman of South Africa by contravening the SA Consumer Protection Act by selling me a defective vehicle without my prior knowledge of the faults and repairs that was done to my Ranger XLT 2L Single turbo diesel engine. Worst Motor ever designed by Ford. 10 Repairs later and over 100 days lost with tepair time and faulty parts being installed. Stay away from NMI Ford N1 city. Total disregard for client service. *****ulently swopped my Ford Optimum warranty plan for a lesser value Extended warranty with 12 months warranty instead of 24 months Extended warranty that was purchased on date of sale.

Ford SA service plan
I have no trust in Ford service plan that used to be included when purchasing a Ford accredited vehicle but now cost the customer extra to pay for a flawed plan. At 2 Ford franchises now l had the worst service and mechanical experience. First at Halfway Ford in Goodwood Voortrekker road and now at NMI Ford N1 city in Goodwood Western Cape. Vehicles do not get serviced or they blame defective parts from their factory. No client care whatsoever.

Defective vehicle Ford N1 city
NMI Ford N1 city has sold me a defective vehicle and they knew about the problems with this vehicle even before l bought it as a demo model with 15000km done. My Ford Ranger XLT Dblcab just came back after 2 MONTHS from it's 10th repair already and still the vehicle remains faulty. The vehicle has only done 61000km. Their workshop is unacceptable *********** and keeps replacing parts with defective parts. I did lodge a complaint with the Motor Industry Ombudsman but that will take forever to adress my concerns with Ford N1 city selling defective problematic vehicles to clients and not informing clients of the repair history of that vehicle. Stay away from Ford N1 City for any vehicle sales. They have total non respect for your complaints.

Sanlam anuity *******ion
Sanlam is in under control of Government. Sanlam is ******* and mandated by Government to first payout anuity payouts that l have paid for over 20 years to SARS first and after a *******ed SARS is done with your anuity contributions the client gets payed out basically nothing. Cancel all your anuity payments now because the amount that is invested every month in your retirement anuity is exactly the same or less than what you could have rateher saved that money in a bank. Sanlam gets kick backs from Government for all SARS deductions from your anuity. I got basically nothing out of my retirement anuity.
