Poor customer service and abuse of customers at Prestige Motors Group Mobeni Durban Good day, I bought a Renault Duster 1.5 dci Zen from Prestige Motor Group in Mobeni under Renault. My sales person was Linda Bhengu. I bought a car in August 2023 and in 18 December 2023 same year the car started making unusual sound I took it back to Renault (Prestige motors at Mobeni Durban KZN). The car was then handed over to Jerome Naidoo the service manager. I'm confused because I still pay the full installment every month and they told me that I need to pay R15000. My car has been in the garage since December 2023 and I'm struggling to go to work and my work is at stake now because my job requires me to have a car.. I have contacted Renault SA and no-one is willing to assist me in this regard. I'm taking this matter further. Please assist in this regard.
