Worst possible service today from standard bank. With the change of sign in on app, all my beneficiary have been deleted from my account without my consent. I can also only see one of my accounts. I have a small business and I urgently need to pay clients over the weekend. Staff on the help line, said sorry they cannot help until Monday. This is unacceptable and standard bank does not care about small business. For months now only some of my beneficiaries don't get proof of SMS messages, even when i pay for this service.
I bought a rail from Superbalist. Part of the rail was not delivered. I immediately phoned them and asked if I should return rail as I urgently need it for a work event or will they be able to help me with the missing parts the next day. They promised delivery the next day, so I cancelled my second options. The next day I phoned numerous times and ask for manager to phone as it is a urgent matter. They continue sending mails, but no one takes responsibility. I need to use rail as I have no other rail and I am very unhappy about the lack of management at Superbalist.
Manicaa is very misleading. Thought the company has a local base, but after payment they only tell you will receive products in weeks time. I cannot get a hold of any one on their numbers or mails. No one is coming back to me. Looks like a scam. Do not buy from them
Cetaphil sunscreen stained my daughter and sons costumes. Very unhappy with the customer service regarding this issue.
