I completed Wealth Management NQF5 with Trainsure in October 2022, but I haven't received my certificate. The institution claims that the issue lies with the INSETA system, as they are unable to upload certificates. I've attempted to call INSETA several times, but the number doesn't connect. When they do answer, they abruptly hang up the phone. The number I've been trying since the beginning of the week is 0113818900.
I have arranged to settle my FinChoice account with Nimble Group, and they have debited the agreed-upon amount. However, they refuse to provide me with my settlement letter or paid-up letter. The numbers provided by their agents go straight to voicemail. Their poor service is unacceptable; they don't deserve even one star. How can they debit my account but fail to provide a paid-up letter? I'm extremely frustrated and demand my paid-up letter ASAP.

I am extremely dissatisfied with Trainsure Consultancy. Despite completing my wealth management course in October 2022, I have yet to receive my certificate. This delay is not exclusive to me; others who finished before me are also awaiting their certificates. After multiple calls to Inseta, I was informed that the delay is due to issues at Trainsure Consultancy, which they are unwilling to resolve.
