I completed Wealth Management NQF5 with Trainsure in October 2022, but I haven't received my certificate. The institution claims that the issue lies with the INSETA system, as they are unable to upload certificates. I've attempted to call INSETA several times, but the number doesn't connect. When they do answer, they abruptly hang up the phone. The number I've been trying since the beginning of the week is 0113818900.

very poor service, iv completed my learnership 2020 till do date i have never received my certificate. im given the run arounds to affidavits, requesting for information they already have. and it seems that the level of urgency there is not respected. INSETA is very frustrating

You never get hold of these people. When you phone, at 13:30, they tell you that a person is on lunch and you need to call back after 14:00. If you phone after 14:00, the switchboard is closed and you get a machine telling you switchboard is not available. One of the worst public, government organizations ever in South Africa. They do not even bother to answer emails. POOR!!!!

I'm so frustrated and disappointed. I have been waiting more than six months for INSETA to verify and issue my certificate that was completed through Moonstone Business School. As result of the delay, I'm unable to apply for a FAIS role as my credit is not yet published. I have queried this many times, all feedback I receive is NO ESTIMATE TIME FRAME...…UNACCEPTABLE! I paid my studies in full and yet nothing to show for it... I cannot believe this!

Never had i received such bad service in my life... you send several emails, your emails gets read but NO REPLY. you phone in several times, no one answers the calls after you have spoken to reception, when you eventually get transferred, your call gets cut.

<p>Did modules through this Inhle Education Training and devleopment - Got the run around as to why credits have not been loaded. Suddenly the company is out of business. Stuck without credits and nobody can help. BTW company was regsitered withInseta and no accountability for lack of credits</p>

I was doing a learnership programme with Regent through Capital Campus'and closed down therefore completing the programme 4 months earlier,, its been almost a year since i finished but i have not received my Certificate. It is really frustrating to get a response from INSETA about my qualification. Kate advised they are still busy uploading the results and hope to complete by mid June.I followed up with Kate but i still haven't had a response...The service i've been getting since February is appalling,, they don't know customer service at all...I even included the Manager, Tumi Peele but still no response<br>

I CALLED INSETA FOR NOW DAY 6 ASKING FOR HELP AND THESE PEOPLE KEEP TRANSFERING ME FROM 1 TO THE OTHER. ALL I NEED IS JUST PROOF OF MY CREDITS. NOW IM SENDING ANOTHE EMAIL ADRESS TO KATE. HOPE THERE IS A POSITIVE RESPONSE.
