You cancel your course because Intec is the worst college ever... The cancellation clause states 90 days. You can send emails and call them, no one can tell you anything. They say that your cancellation is in progress but they cannot tell you when you are getting your money back and believe me, you can forget about getting any answers on email cause from Student Services, to Refunds, Management and Finance NEVER responds on any emails. Daylight Robbery at its best!!!!!
I am new to Intec. I have been trying to call, email and messaging the tutor for the past few days now just to find out if my assignment has been received. not a single response. i am suppose to write my first exams in November but I have no idea if my assignment has been received, i have no idea if i even passed my assignment. I had to send in my Exam Registration form and i dont get a receipt of my email.
I am a new student. Since the request for a quote until now when I registered with Intec, I was helped by a Sales Consultant with the name Amanda Zumba. all i can say is SPECTACULAR!!!!! I have never received this type of high level service from a college in my life. If i have any questions, it doesnt take her longer than half an hour to respond to my emails. she is truly a massive asset to the company. if she treats new students in this manner, I am excited to see what type of service i will be getting during my studies with Intec.
I have been on a black tag membership for a year. all i wanted to know is how can i go about reactivating my contract after it expired as i would like to downgrade from a black tag to the standard tag. Received a phone call stating that no payment was received since March and that i need to provide then with proof of payment. I sent all my proof to p***ent6@planetfitness.co.za on 2/07/2019 at 8:41AM, sent a follow up email at 14:30PM, another on the 3rd at 11:54AM and yet another one this morning, to date, NOT A SINGLE REPLY.... I have been referring all my friends and family o join because the service and staff was fantastic, I was surely wrong... all a member wants is answers and they dont even have the decency to reply on an email and say that they will get back to me. I will surly not join this gym ever again. I have never received such bad service in my whole life!! You receive read receipts so I know that my emails has been seen and yet no reply... this is the highest level of UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Never had i received such bad service in my life... you send several emails, your emails gets read but NO REPLY. you phone in several times, no one answers the calls after you have spoken to reception, when you eventually get transferred, your call gets cut.
Telkom is no use!! I requested numerous times to have my wifi sorted as we moved to a new house. When I called in last week, I was told that I missed my appointment but no one showed up to my house. They promised me that I will receive a new date with 48 hours... it's a week later. still nothing. Try phoning their 10213 number.... OH PLEASE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! You are on hold for 40 minutes then the calls gets cut. Telkom is the most useless company on the face of the earth!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
My mom bought a ring on the 31st of December. 10 days later, 2 of the diamonds fell out. now we want a refund on the product but after phoning and visiting every branch in the east rand, not 1 of them has money on the premises to refund her. i was told that the store will be able to do an eft refund but now according to the store, they cannot do a refund if you paid with a debit card. phoned the head office, they transferred me several times to the claims department, just to have the phone put down in my ear without ANY assistance.....
My mom was in an accident on 27/11/2017. the claim was registered on 28/11/2017. she received 1 phone call and that was to notify her of the claim. after that, she has not received ANYTHING!! first of all, when she phoned in regarding the quotes, some one shouted at her saying that she's not suppose to tell the panelbeaters that the quote is for MiWay, why not????? eventually the assessors was sent to see her last week friday, on monday they received the report. i phoned in on wednesday to follow up and i was told that the reports are handled on email "First in, First out"... how long does it take to handle it? no one ever gets back to me or my mom, never respondes on our emails and it you call, the person working with the claim is on lunch, you call again after lunch and still they are unavailable and IF you get through to them, they have the worst attitude ever. no wonder every panel beater turns away when they hear the name MiWay. I will keep them liable if anything happens to the vehicle while we are on leave because they are taking their time to sort out such a small claim.
I am currently busy with a course. I have sent emails and I have phoned in. I was "promised" that someone will contact me as i urgently need assistance with a assignment. 4 DAYS LATER still no call back. called in again and no one could assist because no one is there to assist me.... ARE YOU SERIOUS??????????????????????????????????? This is the worst Student Service I have ever experienced. I should I pay for a course if there is no possibility of getting hold of anyone when a Student urgently needs assistance on a assignment. This is pathetic!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I will never refer anyone to study with S****s Academy.
