i feel completely robbed by Samsung and CNA westgate branch.i bought a samsung j1 phone and 5 days later the microphone died and no one can hear me, since i was in Durban i could not return it before the 7 days guarantee. i brought it in for repairs and after 2 months i got it back (very sad). i collected it yesterday and tested it and the microphone was now not completely dead but people would say i sound far away. this morning no one can hear me again. is Samsung selling fongkong products now or what. i feel robbed and cannot believe the level of service. repairs were meant to be 6 weeks but now they took over 2 months and my phone still not fixed.i feel what your going through. think il go back to using blackberry... im very dissapointed.<br> <br> SAMSUNG AND CNA WESTGATE SHOPPING CENTRE. I BOUGHT A SUMSUNG J1 ON 15TH SEPTEMBER BY THE 19TH THE MICROPHONE DIED, I RETURNED THE PHONE BY THE 24TH. MY CELL PHONE HAS BEEN FOR REPAIRS EVER SINCE AND EVERY TIME I GO TO THE SHOP IM TOLD ITS NOT BACK YET, UNTIL ONE OF THE STAFF MEMBERS TOLD ME ACTUALLY THE PHONE WAS JUST COLLECTED FOR REPAIRS YESTERDAY. !!! I AM COMPLETELY DISGUSTED BY THE KIND OF SERVICE RECEIVED AND I CANNOT BELIEVE IT.<br> I CLEARLY STATED THAT I USE THE PHONE FOR MY BUSINESS ALSO AND NOW I HAVE NOTHING TO USE FOR 2 MONTH AFTER BUYING A PHONE FOR CASH. I GET A CELLPHONE ALLOWANCE AS WORK FOR HEAVENS SAKE I CANNOT KEEP EXPLAINING TO MY BOSSES WHY I AM UNREACHABLE.<br> <br> I AM DISAPPOINTING IN CNA AND HAVE LOST ALL CONFIDENCE IN sAMSUNG, 3 PEOPLE CAME TO QUERY THEIR PHONES SAME TIME AS ME AND THEY ALL SAMSUNG, STOPPED WORKING WITHING 7 DAYS AND STILL IN FOR REPAIRS 7 WEEKS LATER. I STRONGLY DISCOURAGE ANYONE FROM BUYING A SAMSUNG CELLPHONE ESPECIALLY J1 OR SAMSUNG CORE,,, ESPECIALLY AT CNA.<br> <br> I FEEL ROBBED BY THE STORE AND POWERLESS TO ACT IN ANYWAY. THIS IS CONSUMER ABUSE AND IT DISGUST ME.<br> <br> APPARENTLY THE CNA STAFF ARE NOT ALLOWED TO CONTACT THE HEARD OFFICE. !!!! REALLY 1!!!!
i cannot belive this, just called in to jj Harmse for an account that TWINKILE TOES is forcing me to pay even though my son has not been going to that creche for a year now..<br> <br> the shocking , part is that the whole JJ HARMSE DEPARTMENT IS ON TEA BREAK I MUST CALL IN 30 Munites. at 09:05am 27/10/2015 the whole departments is on tea break says the switchboard lady.<br> <br> is This a business or is it just a big joke. Wow, what a joke. to think lawyers would have some decent policies that the employees are to uphold , policies that are enforced. i do not have words, im disappointed.
I cannot believe the level of service im getting from nedbank. it is indeed very disappointing. opened my account online October 2014.card to me at home and the account activated. once that was done, then it became a nightmare to use it. my internet profile was set up and the bank sending notifications to my old number that was used when I was a student even though I provided my new number. I have been to the branch 4 times already to sort this out and its still not done, today I went,continuously calling the branch and the call Centre to get this sorted and still no response, im told someone will call me and that is not done. I cannot transact via internet or cellphone banking, I cannot go que in the branch everytime for even small things.is there any bank that really takes its clients serious. please recommend. I cannot believe they cannot sort out this small issue, how pathetic.
I CALLED INSETA FOR NOW DAY 6 ASKING FOR HELP AND THESE PEOPLE KEEP TRANSFERING ME FROM 1 TO THE OTHER. ALL I NEED IS JUST PROOF OF MY CREDITS. NOW IM SENDING ANOTHE EMAIL ADRESS TO KATE. HOPE THERE IS A POSITIVE RESPONSE.
