HP Logo Write a review NO CATCHUP NO BOX OFFICE NO SHOWMAX Months ago our Box office AND Dstv Catchup lost all content on our 1 and cannot be accessed. When scrolling through the menu and choosing Box office a message on the screen comes up saying: NOT AVAILABLE IN YOUR REGION . When choosing Catchup, a message saying: NOT AVAILABLE IN YOUR COUNTRY is displayed. I have contacted the Multichoice call center 10 times now but no information is forth coming except reboot check settings unplug..... Ridiculous. We have checked over the settings several times with no fault or signal deficiency on my setup. Further frustrations are: How is this still an issue that your team doesn't know how to resolve?! Further to this conflicting info and statements are being given to me by the call center which indicates they do not know what they are doing. Catchup is working on my extraview 2nd decoder in another room. How is it possible that these problem are not being attended to while we are still paying without fault. We are getting a gross unprofessional brush off by Multichoice . Please can immediate attention be given to my problem starting with a call by some capable agent who can fix the problem without delay. This is a new decoder and we should not be experiencing this issues!

Same experience everyone else they are USELESS!! There is a clear disconnect between the restaurants and the delivery guys and nobody cares we all just merrily keep being frustrated and losing money because this is an acceptable standard!
logged a request for new services 04/11/2017 today is 08/11/2017 absolutely no feedback.if this is how the relationship is going to start might as well quit now and look for a service provider who is interested in new business and good customer service. PS now I can see where the agent for the Roodepoort area gets his work ethic from as well.

Bought items worth R3000+ brand new items and they refused to do a refund for these when I advised I could no longer use them. Unethical business practices against consumer rights I will never ever use them again.
