Ordered online, as stock was available after order placed they had to source stock. No updates on delivery. I got an sms I will receive parcel today but no one showed up, no calls, no sms's. Furthermore the jumpsuit does not fit well as if it had been worned out. NEVER ordering online EVER again. Poor poor service
After ordering food anf money deducted from my ac**** the App timed out, no order hostory even when money was deducted and not refunded. Mr D is *****ing peoples money!!! All part of of a scheme to ***** from people.
Bought a jean that was on special online, delivered to the store on the 29th of August, I went to collect it in store on 30th of August. Fitted it on the 1st of Septemeber, it did not fit well, therefore on the same day I went in store to return, I was told the jeans is not in the same condition.....So the truworths that the product was purhased gave me a product that is in a poor condition, I guess that is why it was on sale in the first place!!!! Now I cannot get a refund. Will be closing my account. Dont buy clothing thats on sale from Truworths with delivery....It's a *******!!! so disappointed...
Bought bananas yesterday, still green oustide but black inside - your fruit is terrible quality!! You are *****ing customers money. Will rather buy somewhere else R2 more then waste R 34 each time.....

I'm so frustrated and disappointed. I have been waiting more than six months for INSETA to verify and issue my certificate that was completed through Moonstone Business School. As result of the delay, I'm unable to apply for a FAIS role as my credit is not yet published. I have queried this many times, all feedback I receive is NO ESTIMATE TIME FRAME...…UNACCEPTABLE! I paid my studies in full and yet nothing to show for it... I cannot believe this!
After many calls and emails requesting bank details change, it still has not been done!!!
