I recently moved to Potchefstroom and need fibre. The line is already installed. Three contractors showed up to connect everything up, but they had no idea what they were doing. A call out with a tech was arranged for 5 days later (I work remotely) and nobody showed up. The phones aren’t answered. I would NOT recommend.
At the beginning of the month, I contacted AON for medical malpractice insurance, as I wanted to compare quotes and choose insurance. I have been struggling ever since. Whereas with other malpractice insurance it took 2-3 days max. Are you not taking in new clients?
I have been doing my CPD through FOH for the past 2 or 3 years. I no longer require their services; therefore, I cancelled it and followed up with another email to ensure it was cancelled. The lady emailed me back to indicate that it was successfully cancelled, and the amount was paid in full. However, this morning, I received an email from the accounts department with a lady enquiring about whether I had sent her proof of the cancellation. I forwarded the email, and she called me. During this call, she was not very kind; I said that it was an internal matter they needed to communicate on as I sorted it out from my side and was informed that it was successfully cancelled. I received a threatening email that I did not indicate I wanted to renew my service with them and that they would be handing me over for collection if I did not pay the amount. I received horrible service, and it was not handled professionally.
"Selfie verification" is needed when I want to transfer money, and if I take a selfie, it says failure to verify. After calling the customer service line, the agent advised that he couldn't help me and I should try online banking as it does not require a selfie. So now I have to wait 24 hours to be able to transfer money AND have to log into online banking every time? In the past, there have been times when the app just doesn't want to log in at all.
I have been waiting for my PMBs to get approved for over a month now, with the receptionist having three reference numbers and still no reply. I have tried calling, but discovery is unreachable. This is not my first complaint about Discovery. Its quite sad.
I have purchased notes twice on this app, and honestly, it's a hit or miss. I, unfortunately, have missed twice. The quality is horrifying, and it costs a lot of money. I would not recommend it. Multiple-choice questions were added in my most recent purchase, and the answers were wrong. Don't waste your money here like I did.
I don't even know where to begin with this utter ridiculous lack of customer service that is provided. It is IMPOSSIBLE to reach Discovery over the phone. I have been trying to change my banking details for the past months (SUCH A SIMPLE THING TO DO) and it just impossible to do.
