t seems that The Loan Shop, ChainPay, and CashFin may be using similar tactics, and I’m starting to suspect they might be working together. It’s no coincidence that CashFin and ChainPay share the same address. I’m beginning to wonder if they have other affiliated companies operating with the same purpose. These entities appear to be dishonest and should be thoroughly investigated. They have caused significant distress to many people, exploiting their desperation to **** money from them. I doubt I’ll ever find peace with how they treat people, and if by any chance they are reading this, I want to remind them that I’ve been gathering evidence for a long time. I am currently searching for the right institution to review my case and ensure accountability for their actions.
I am absolutely disgusted by this company. You sign a contract of 450 a month and they then bills you 670 at the end of the month. To make matters worse, customer service is also the worst experience of my life. It was seriously difficult to get hold of them and got to a point where i had to cancel my debit order because it was unacceptable to pay over R 200 more than what is agreed in the contract. I honestly have never seen such dishonesty in my life, and that for such a big company with an esteemed reputation. To make matters even worse they handed me over after i stopped the debit orders because it was frankly impossible for them to simply debited me for what was agreed in the contract. Hopefully i never have to deal with this dishonest company again anytime soon. It is an experience i want to forget and move on with my life. To Telkom management and whoever is the owners you should be ashamed for ripping of hardworking South Africans in a time when the economy is under strain. Your greedy attitudes is causing hard-working South Africans a lot of discomfort. I mean, is it so freaking difficult to abide by the terms of the contracts or is your wealth and power motivating you deliberately frustrate people so that they don't have the stomachs to fight every time you rip them off. This email is not to the guy on the ground, it is directed at the greedy corporate owners and the handlers( Management). Hopefully i never have to deal with you again, just feel bad that i have to give you at least one star to write a review, you don't even deserve zero let alone one star.
Today i am extremely disappointed in this medical aid which left me with a bill from Mediclinic that will sent me back financially for few years. What disgust me is the fact that i wanted to leave before the operation because i just don't trust this medical aid because it is not the first time something like this has happen and the cold bureaucracy through the call centre gives you the idea you are nothing but a means to an end. The communication from this medical aid is absolutely pathetic, i took the doctor's word that the medical aid authorize and everything is in order but now they are giving me all sorts of excuses because they clearly only care about their coffers and are in no way interested in the wellbeing of their clients. What is even worse is that i have to pay for another year for their non existent service before i can change to another medical aid.
Cant believe i must give them one star, I had an agreement with Telkom, a LTE Internet contract that clearly states i pay 449.50 a month but the were charging me for over 600 every month which i find out afterwards were for services they subscribed me to behind my back. They than promised to correct it but keep on debiting me more than the amount i agreed to. They left me no choice but to block their account at the bank from where they handed me over after they were dishonest and *********. I want to warn the public against this company, be very careful with Telkom.

I am a hundred percent serious when i say it. If i don't get any feedback by today i will cancel this agreement with immediate effect tomorrow and look for a new provider until i am satisfied. I have been enquiring now for weeks after been billed more than the agreed monthly fee for two months in a row. You promised me that you would correct this but guess what i received another invoice of R 670 apparently for Telkom Plus services you subscribed me to behind my back the most useless and ridiculous service that no sane person would ever subscribed to. i am supposed to pay 450 a month but you been billing me first for R 568 and then twice for R 670 and you don't even have the decency to respond back on my emails'. I just want to remind you that this whole experience has been exhausting and i will definitely not continue this subscription past this month.
These losers just can't leave me alone. I requested to cancel my agreement a long time ago and they refuse and instead hold on and debited me again. Now after a few weeks they want to start the cancelation process, bunch of dishonest wolfs. I want to make it clear, i don't want to speak to you, you make me sick, never in my life did i expect people or business can be this dishonest. The only thing i want from you is my money, nothing else, i don't even want to hear you or see your companies name, so stop bothering me.
I have sent numerous requests to Rain for cancelation of my contracts, I also cancelled on the my rain app but they still bother me sending me messages like I am still one of their customers. Rain just keeps aiming for new lows everyday. I realize now this was the worst decision I ever made getting involved with Rain Mobile, the most unprofessional and disgusting company I ever came across, these people have no same. Get it in your thick sculls I cancelled my service after you cut me off now you still want me to pay and then threatened to cut me off after I am not using your service anymore, are you kidding me? or do you somehow want to be awarded for the poorest service provider in South Africa.
Once again Rain has cut me off even though I have paid loyally every month. I am not sure what these people want because they never communicate clearly with you, i even sent them an email asking if something with regards to their billing process has changed because right now if am paying at the 25th of every month and then I must make a payment on the first day of the next month as well. I am not sure what this is all about because non of these *********** people informed me about it, and non of them have the decency to respond on your emails unless you write a bad review of cause. They give me an option to pay half the amount and the rest at the end of the month which I did and then I was on for an hour or so and cut of again, very unprofessional of rain I hope they are proud of themselves. They of cause expect full payment even though I am getting cut of for a few days this is therefore I would like to warn others who seem to think Rain is good proposition, be careful I would not recommend my worst enemy and thank your rain for your poor service.
Rain just keep on disappointing me, hopefully this is the last month i have to deal with them, i already requested a few quotes from other service providers. I have now been without wifi for consecutive days even though i have made payment. What angers me is that they don't deduct the days they cut your wifi because i made full payment for the prior months services where i also were offline for over one day. I don't like complaining but it seems that the only time Rain responds early is when you write a bad review. Its now two days i have been waiting for assistance.
Sitting without wifi now because according to Rain mobile I am behind on payment. The problem I have with rain is their lack of service delivery. After being a customer for years I still receive very average and pathetic customer. service. You can't even call these people, after holding on for long the just cut you off and then give lousy excuses of they will call you back immediately but you than wait for hours to helped. I am really angry right now, hope you are proud of yourselfs.
