Travelled to the Eastern Cape and Northern Cape for work and at some point made errors or duplicated travel due to the amount of travel. At some point my colleague and I were caught in a situation where we had no accommodation for the night after work, and for some reason accommodation was hard to find. Lekkeslaap agents made sure they stayed in touch while searching even in the middle of nowhere, where we struggled with network connection. They didn't give up on keeping in touch and kept giving us accommodation options until we found one that was the best suitable under the circumstances. I was sold and will be using their services for travel going forward.
I converted my prepaid number into contract and also did a sim swap. When I tried to use the number it says there is no network service and when I called the contact centre I was told the vodacom shop (Mall at Reds) gave me the wrong sim card. I was advised that another sim swap will now take 7 days as the system will flag this as a fraudulent transaction. This is clearly not a fraudulent transaction and as a customer I must now be inconvenienced and have to wait 7 days to use the services because someone did not do their job right. I want the contract cancelled before the first debit order goes off as I cannot afford to wait the required 7 days. I will get the services from another service provider.
Money was deducted from my account and I am not getting my newspapers. This is the second chance I gave Times Media and the service is still bad. I called the call centre to request a cancellation and a refund three weeks ago and was told a refund will be processed. I followed up today and was told the matter was escalated and the area manager responded (ON THE SYSTEM) that my newspaper was delivered to security. No one bothered to call and give me feedback, this is simple basic customer service.
<p>Was doing online shopping and chose adelivery slot which was clearly pen on the website and still is when icheck. The system then allocates me a date i dot want and when i call to change the date i am told there is no other available dates when i can clearly see the available dates on my side, this i was tol after being placed on hold forever. The person who was assisting me on the phone didnt want to cancel my order when i clearly told her that i dont want the goods on the given date. I said its fine i will do it myself online and now the system is not cancelling the order. Is the december orders reserved only for certain amounts perharps?? I need my order cancelled just as quick as it was to place and wont be using picknpay online again and maybe not even shopping at pick n pay anymore.</p>
