They cancelled my shipment without refund
Cancelled Shipment After many attempts to have a parcel collected by the courier guy PUDO (with payment already made) my shipment was cancelled and no was refund offered. I have emailed the company, contacted them on WhatsApp everyday in the last week , at first they said my parcel was allocated to the wrong driver and now I booked the wrong locker but I booked extremely large locker and my shipment cancelled. They claims that it’s my fault is invalid however I use this on a regular regular basis.

Very very disappointed, i was kicked out of hospitals because i had to pay certain fee.whats the purpose of having the medical if had to still pay cash

Poor service at Live easy Johannes Ramokhoase
staying at live easy at your own risk, its risky signing contract with them because when you tell the owners about the bad service they are offering and tell them about how you will rate them badly here they will tell you they don't like threats. they see it as a threat than bad customer service. i was not threatening i was just complaining about the way the treat their paying customers. if you want to move there just know their contract, is one sided it Favours them only which is not fair

If you want hell move in. Bad customer service.you won't be attended when you need their services. All they know is collect money
