Ridiculous service.
This change of tags is so unreasonable and time consuming🥵🥵we are not happy at all... Image from 14 trips R288 to 14 trips of R700 haibooo how possible is that... And also this machine is reading incorrect zones...yesterday I came from Gandhi to Turffontein it charged me R14.80... The following day it charged me R30.80....like howwww? Same route different prices.... This is ridiculous. Metro must do something.

IDENTITY APPLICATION
I app**** for my daughters ID on the 24th of June 2024 till today we havent recieved one.....ive been going to Home affairs in Johannesburg CBD they telling me stories saying the ID is stucked at Pretoria. She cant even apply for school. I am so ****ed.

Poor service
I was once registered with Lyceum and paid the registration fee..then i got accepted by University before even enrolling with Lyceum, i cancelled my studies but ive been recieving statement saying i owe them but im not atte****, now they handed me over to the lawyers, like how come?they didnt even pay me back my registration but yet they say i am owing them....im so ****ed off.
