I was ****med that my car needs a replacement of new lower control rubbers which costs R900. 00. I visited the workshop on the 8th of January 2025 because my car had knocking noises underneath around the steering wheel sides. The car was tested and they reported that it needs steering rack reconditioning of R5800. 00, lower control rubber x 2 of R900, new tie rods ends of R595. 00 and service charge of R1950. 00., wheel alignment r360. 00. Not knowing much about suspension first I agreed to the report and because the parts and service cost that much, I then decided for second option from other technicians until I got very good price. At that moment I started contacting couple of car spare parts searching for the lower control rubbers so that I can get the control arm sorted. But also I was not pleased because I was told previously months ago by another mechanic that the control arm is still in good order since it was not long replaced. So I was shocked and disappointed about the recent report from syed suspension parts plus the previous report about the condition of the control arm. After the steering wheel was reconditioned I continued to loom for the lower control rubbers but at that time I then took my car to the mechanic in preparation get the control lower rubber fitted. The mechanic then just look at the control arm and said it is still in good condition and I don't need to replace the rubbers. I was completely confused and I asked him to take the control arm out so that I can take it to the car spares so that I can literally compare it to the the new ones and shocking the control arm was good as gold and perfect. I then decided to go back to discuss this matter to their manager to make them aware that their company is falsely diagnosing our cars with the idea of robbing customers so they can make money. When I spoke to one of the staff he was not interested in listening to me and also blaming me that by taking my car somewhere else would not help me and there is nothing wrong the company has done. He also referred to the person who did the diagnosis to talk with me but that person was only interested with the return policy of the items that I wanted refund. I told him that I am talking about the false diagnosis of replacing the lower control rubbers and he too was not interested with the wrong diagnosis. Both of them didn't care about what they trued to **** me about and both believed I am stupid. Lastly I was angry about their Return policy where the company takes 30 % of handling fee. I was never told before I make payment about the 30% handling fee and every where around the reception there is no notice about the 30% handling fee at all and I lost R160. 00 with that policy and I was very much angry over that. I asked the cashier about why I was not informed about their 30% handling fee and she said that it is written on the receipt and I said the receipt comes after I made payment so is it how you robb customers by hiding information and afterwards you claim your policy on a receipt which comes after I paid you. I was very angry and I will even write to consumer council about the way they hide information to please themselves . 30% handling fee which is equivalent to loss of 50% and also that is ****ming innocent customers and lots of spares like naskar, alert part, they don't take such money at all. Syed suspension is very greedy and the same staff who did diagnosis has a very bad attitude and thinks he control customers. He was even refusing me to buy the parts because he knew he was *****ing me. Syde suspension parts is a shameful operating company
Pick n pay malls listed above are filthy dirty everywhere. ****roaches in the cook food section at Lebo mall. I went into the store to buy cooked food and I run out straight away and go out of the mall to spit out. When I saw the ****roaches I got too sick. Their stores are crumpy with stuff all over. The floors are very very dirty all day. Bakery side us a very big concern because the breads are just left on very tiny top and it's so dirty. The fresh meat section always smells rats. Food baskets and trolleys are dirty to put food in. Food baskets are left on the dirty floors crump with left groceries and customers have to empty them to access the baskets. Pnp Mall trolleys are always not available inside the store instead outside. Management poor because all these are happening in their presence. Question why these pnp are not like cycad pnp??, why, because all customers should be treated the same. I am still not much impressed with Savanah and malll of the Noth stores. Their standards are lowering in some way and soon will be like the mentioned pnp
First time I discovered about the mentioned food chain in Polokwane and 14th November 2023 I went to purchase some frozen food from the store. The frozen food looks too appealing and perfectly packaged. I then bought couple of dry foods including chicken schnitzel budget and chicken strips budget. The prices were good but suspicious since the food looks too expensive the way they are. To my greatest shocks and disappointments the food is nothing but ****. There's is no meat content from those frozen foods. It's kind of like 0000.01% of meat used or nothing at all. The whole breaded coded food is just tasting absolutely disgusting and I couldn't even eat the rest after I attempted to try each from the package. I wondered who are feeding their own families with such unhealthy food with their own money to spend on. I then wrote to ECONO food on the 04th December 2023 and they acknowledged that they will respond to me and since then I have never heard from ECONO food. ECONO foods is selling suspicious food in my understanding
On the 9th may 2024 I made full payment of my orders at makro Wonder boom and the delivery was supposed to be the following day on Friday but after I have made payment the delivery plan changed to Monday and I was not happy then I arranged a private delivery service. After a while I got an email from the department of national treasury pretoria informing me that Sparkling water was not delivered and I was not aware of that from the day the collection of the grocery was made. I then informed makro and also i asked why I was not informed till now. Then makro then arranged for delivery of the stock and till today the delivery has not been made and now I am in a position of getting bad reputation of my delivery services with the department and also at the moment I can't invoice the department so that I can get paid. Sadly and stressful is that I have bills to pay and now I get calls from companies demanding their money and also this affects the interest incured. I am very much disappointed and angry about makro service since they have no definite reasons why they fail to deliver from the time they caused this mess
Makro is refusing to refund my money and I recently contacted hello peter and makro responded to me by saying I should contact gsco. In breif gsco has called me 2years back telling me that makro wants to give me another printer and I told gsco that I have bought a new printer in 2020 and I don't need any more printer since I am not a reseller. Recently after I contacted hello peter makro responded to me and inform me to contact gsco and I responded back to makro regarding the feed back of gsco 2years back but till today makro has never communicated at all. Makro has my money and there is no need for me to communicate with gsco since
In 2020 October 05 I bought an Epson printer and it was connected from the store by the sales person. On arrival at home same day I started using the printer around 20hr and the printer printed well. By around 22hr the printer started to print out faded scripts and I couldn't carry on printing. The following day when the store opened I watsaped the sales person to inform him. He then advised me how to do troubleshooting and then the printer started working again. Unfortunately after a while the printer started to print out faded words and also print out foreign information on top of the page and then shift my information lower on the page. I contacted the sales person again and he then tried to trouble shooting from his side from the store and the printer started working again. This problem contued for a days until the sales person advice me to bring it back before 14days. At some point before 14days I took it back and he took the printer inside the store and lately he came back and give me the voucher for refund. At that time it was about closing time and I decided to come back tomorrow to buy another printer. While I was about to leave the customer service department the sales person came back and found me and tell me that his manager is refusing with the voucher for refund and I asked him to bring his manager so that I can be able to explain to her what kind of problem I have encountered from the printer. The manager came and as I was telling her what is happening to the printer she wouldn't listen to me as she too was talking as I talk and she was very rude and angry over me. I even heard her saying she will take the printer for services and I have to pay for the repair. I was shocked to be told to service a printer that has stopped functioning as it was supposed to in less than 24hrs at my own expenses. The arguments between me and her continued and she was not prepared to listen to me and when I tried to show her the actual printed pages that had faded words and foreign information she wouldn't even look at them at all and I decided to leave the voucher and the printer in the store then I left. Even today in 2024 since 2020 makro refused to refund my money and they still have the money and the printer. Since then I have bought myself a new printer in 2020 October from game and even today the printer is still working and has never needed any services at all. All I want is my money from makro because that printer has failed me big time and also caused serious delays in my work since I work on plans as well like makro does
