Excellent service, was skeptical at first due to previous online orders (with other companies) not being honored and lengthy fights for a refund but not with this one. Placed my order for 2 Shurlock key casings on the 14 January at midday and items delivered 16 January early morning to the KZN South Coast. Items even surpassed my expectations as I was only expecting casings but came with the PCB. Now I just have to find a car key company that can program them for my Mitsubishi Colt TDi 2.8
Approximately 2 weeks ago after getting the Letter of Authority I went and reported my dad deceased and spent 3 hours doing all the paperwork as well as creating a Est Late account in his name for the estate so that any monies from his FNB accounts could be transferred into it. Of course the account was also created for other estate affairs. I received a message a few days later that FNB needed to verify the Late Est. Today I received FNB message to say that verification came back that that I am still alive. (I DID NOT RESLISE THAT THE EST LATE VERIFICATION WAS FOR THE PERSON REPORTING THE DEATH, DO YOU HAVE *****S WORKING IN YOUR DEPT HANDLING SUCH CASES?)
Not sure if the left hand knows what the right hand is doing. Got and email 26/11/2025 requiring further documentation on a claim. Sent same day, within minutes from receiving the request. On the 04/12/2025 get exactly the same email requiring the same documentation from another person. Bearing in mind the claim was submitted 05/11/2025 already. Called their number and going through the claim the documentation sent wasn't even reflecting. Person assisting me on the call was very patient and is trying to locate the email that we sent on the 26/11. Tells me that someone didn't process the information sent as required to get the claim finalised. Does the left hand even know it has a right hand or vice versa!
This complaint is on behalf of my mother. What poor and uncommunicative service from this company. My mother has been twice to their office to; one submit a claim/s and second to follow up on the claim and now a month later still no answers on 4 claims. When calling the claims dept they ask the wrong questions to follow up on the query and then make out its you the caller that had it wrong. You only provide what they ask, not what you think they should have asked and when you call the operator out on that the phone gets put down in your ear. Listen to the recording and see if I was rude!
Requested an online quote and within minutes had a call from Charmaine. Went through the process and got a very good quote which I accepted. Charmaine's professionalism, friendliness and very pleasant manner was very reassuring and she understands her customer needs.
See my previous comments about this company. Zero commitment to sorting out a refund. Its ironic that there company name is Snatcher, yes snatch your money!
On the 6th May I posted a review about this company not communicating about my order being cancelled for an order placed on the 21st April and no communication regarding a refund. Just "cancelled". Shortly after this post I was contacted for either a refund or voucher, I asked for a refund. Until today I have not had a refund or any update from this company. I sent another email in the hope that it will have a desired effect on getting my refund but after looking at some of the reviews from other customers it would appear that they are very poor in honoring their commitments. BE VERY AWARE OF DOING BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY
Ash, Blessing and the team there are an asset to the South Coast when it comes to anything related to sound, audio visual electronic equipment. I don't spend thousands, but these guys are pretty good and always helpful.
Well I was not hasty in complaining about this company. Received an email offering a voucher or refund as item could not be supp****. Requested a refund and and was told 7-10 working days. Guess it is going to be a hard battle getting anything out of these ****mers.
I am probably being a bit hasty but this is to warn others as well. My experience with this company is poor. Placed an order on the 21/04/2024 and after a few days noticed that my status was still showing as paid and processing. Contacted them and got an immediate reply back with the FAQ and realised I was the one being impatient. Would have been helpful if my order status had actually highlighted the reasons. When I checked again after the 10 working days passed I noticed that my order status had changed to Cancelled. Sent them an immediate email on Saturday 04/05/2024 with no response as to why my order shows cancelled and no reason as to why this was. I did not cancel it! Will update this review when I do finally get a response.
