I've placed MANY orders as a distributor/reseller and have had my share of hiccups but this one seems to be one that no on in the call centre can resolve. I ordered 29 Alaska Jackets, 27 arrived on the 1st order. It was checked upon receipt for sizes and quantities. Everything matched the invoice so the boxes were stored in my office. Another order for 2 were placed and received so the initial order was in my office until the 2nd order arrived so that everything could be sent for branding togehter When all arrived, its customary for us to remove all packaging before sending it for branding. While doing this we came across 4 x Size M jackets that had embroidery marks on, like it was branded and removed. The agents I'm working with refuses to pass my credit as they have never done branding for the logo that was on there (Neither have we done any business with the company whose logo is on the jacket) The logo appears to be the TFG group. Whether Barron has branded for them or not, I have neither. Chances are higher that one of Barrons other clients ordered these and returned them with the marks on it. I forwarded my company logo and my clients' logo which is VERY different to the one on the jackets as we received it. Feedback and a resolution will be appreciated as my client is still waiting on his jackets.
WOW, I am blown away by your quick service. For the 1st time in a year you suddenly update the correct phone number (seeing that the account was opened fraudulently) and we receive a request for payment via SMS with all the interest. Not a single piece of communication from you since the fraudulent account was opened, not an email, not an SMS not a phone call, not a copy of the fraudulent contract NOTHING and this is how you play with someone’s financial status. All this because you felt offended that I requested official proof of bank account because when i went to the bank to confirm your banking details (like you asked me to) the bank were not able to confirm this as it is against policy but they did confirm the the account number provided did not belong to DirectAxis. DISGRACEFUL!!
I was defrauded earlier this year via a MTN scam and eventually figuered that a loan was opened up in my name. I contacted transunion and recevied a letter confirmng that the loan was removed from my name as we provided sufficient evidence that i was scammed. This the 2nd time that the loan has been reinitiated. I have not recevied a single phone call from DirectAxis, not a statement confirming the loan that is in my name, not a contract NOTHING and it is impossible to get hold of this company. I will gladly refund the loan if i can get hold of the correct person but i am NOT paying in intallments and i am not paying the interest. I will continue to stop this company stealilng from my bank account as i did not approve a mandate giving ANY permission to DirecAxis to debit my account.
Hi, I've been with MTN for a couple of year but sadly cannot wait for the last of my contracts to expire so that I can move. I added another service last year August, a data only package on special, R299 for 80gigs, 40 day and 40 night use. I never received this. It was an issue for 3 months after I recevied assistance from the Walmer Park Shopping centre store to have it returned. I took it back on 4 Nov. I am STILL paying for a contracr and device (i added the device to the contract) that i no longer have. The last communication from the store was that the "issue" still shows as unresloved from their side but the courier collected it. The last communication from retentions was that they can see it was collected from the store but it has not been recevied at the warehouse. How is this still my responsibility? Why am i STILL paying for a contract that you could, firstly not deliver on what was promised and now still paying for because YOUR couriers apparently lost it?? ON TOP OF THIS, i was contacted by a scamster posing as an MTN representative and identity theft has been comitted on my name. We spent DAYS at police stations and credit beauros. And no one at MTN can even assist with properly reporting this. All I'm told is that this is an old fraudste and is still being investigated.....SHE"S BEEN OPERATING FOR 3 YEARS....you need new investigators!!!! I need the contract cancelled. Money is being taken from my account for something I do not have.
I recently submitted a claim for my phone that was specified on our home insurance. Only once the claim was approved and paid did we realized it was not insured for the value we requested it for. I also did not recevie a revised schedule after the phone was added so I was not aware of the mistake. I'm now being told that it is my responsibility to ensure the amount is correct. I'm sorry, i have proof of the requested amount. I'm not responsible to ensure that you do your job. At no point did they offer a solution or compromise or even an apology for their mistake.
I received "approval" for sedation that now cost me R4000+ as I unfortunately don't know the meaning of the codes under which they are listed. Obviously wording their emails to cover themselves, putting me under the wrong impression. They paid R64 toward the dentist account (the dentist did not even do the IV sedation) and nothing to the anesthesiologist. I would rather have accepted another definate "NO" from them after the motivational letter from the dentist. I could have rescheduled the appointment to a time where i could affort to pay this or make prior arrangements for payment. This is dishonest and sly, and the sad thing is Bestmed don't care!
I signed up with MTN for a data only deal, advertised online and in their books for R299. Just got hit with a R3624.3 bill and told i need to send them a copy of the contract ( which i did not receive a copy of ) so that they can pass a credit. I need to take half a morning to drive an hour to fetch a copy of my contract so that i can prove that i signed up for a contract and request a discount. Can you not just honor your advertisments. What goes on behing the scenses is not my problem, I did not sign up on a deal on the condition that i have to send you a copy of the contract that you have to request a discount. Unacceptable!!!!
I purchased a leather lounge suite from them after 3 in the afternoon and received SAME DAY delivery. Thank you to all the staff for their friendly and fast service. Don't even bother to shop around for better pricing. You won't be disappointed.
