Tried calling the number on their website and either goes to electronic response and hangs up when connected to a consultant or doesn’t go through. My brother was considered to enroll and told him to wait for an sms that was gonna confirm for him to attend and it’s been 5 months. They are so unprofessional and it shows that they don’t care. My brother has been going there with his money as he’s unemployed which shows they are unconcerned about other people’s future. I’m disgusted about their behaviour as we taking our time to contact them.
The service at the East Cape Midlands College is unprofessional on regards they don't give feedback after traveling to them numerous times. My brother went there so many times saying they will get back to him and yet nothing. Trying to contact them on the phone and the phone does not go through or not being answered as we had called so many times every day.
Good day i would like to lay a complaint regarding of a payment that i made to Oxbridge Academy 15 Feb 2024 via online banking to the same banking account they provided me and yet they say the payment has not reflect as it was an immediate transaction.
