I am extremely frustrated with the service from SA Digital Villages. On Saturday, technicians came to install fibre at my home, but they arrived late and then informed me that the box/port on the pole was full. They said maintenance would need to install another port and that this would be done the same day. Unfortunately, no one came and the issue was never resolved. What makes this situation worse is that I have already paid for the service, yet I am still without internet. Since this morning I have been trying to contact SADV using the available phone numbers, but all of them go straight to voicemail and there is no response. I rely on internet access for both my schoolwork and my job, and this delay is seriously affecting my ability to work and study. At this point, the lack of communication and follow-up is extremely disappointing. I would appreciate urgent assistance to complete the installation and activate my connection as soon as possible, or clear communication on when this issue will actually be resolved.
