Last month I was at spar to withdraw money around 16:50 asked to withdraw money at the till everything went well transaction approved then power went off,after that the system went off and came back after 5 minutes the lady asked me to insert my card to withdraw again I told her it will decline as it was approved I withdrew R200.
Vuma took there time I didn’t have to wait for two for them to come and fix the issue it was resolved quickly
My debit order is for the last day of the month tell me why I have been debited twice last month I never paid and I have never been double debited before why now
Very bad my debit-order normally goes off every last day of the month but this time they decided to debit on the 3rd I don't know why and who gave them authority and I had asked to change banking details from there consultant who didn't bother to do that as they debited the old account that don't have a authority to do that when I want my refund no one is saying anything. This matter is not taken serious my banking details were only updated on the 4th when I called the call center worst service ever. All I want is my money back no back and forth

Last year I opened a country with Lewis it was approved nicely they asked me to pay a down payment of R1100 fine paid nice Same day delivery great I was supposed to get my contract same day never got it fine debit-order's went smoothly fine,then there was a day I called the branch to make arrangements due to unforeseen circumstances cool explained when I will pay fine paid months went by paid amount shorter got calls explained I will pay it they insisted on coming to work or where I was for the payment I told them no I will pay it as I normally do asked why keep on pushing for me to pay it on hand to you guys fine no solid answer,it came to a point where I paid they said they can't see the money they came to my workplace and called me they guy threatened to take the clothes back fine I told him if take them then you have to bring back my money this is the branch in Alberton they kept on coming to work and I explained to them the last time you were here a got a warning because of how you guys behaved they didn't care I even called the lady explained it was as if she understands to a point they called me this year Jan the lady's name is Thuli she doesn't even have customer etiquette she called asking to speak with I told her is me "she was like when are you going to pay told her that you guys said you were coming to fetch the things and pay me back she said you think when we take your address and put it on the sysis it for display told you don't speak to me like that she said ya we want to see if the things are there wena you moved out I said who told you that she had the guts to say I am a ***** I stole Lewis's property I told her do you know what a ***** is that is a big word deformation of character I told her that will deal with it in court they send lawyers not her as she is rude I told her I don't dispute paying since I stole the things I am a ***** she will take it upon herself to pay and she can say that she is so rude those people don't know customer service still waiting for my contract and the R1100 they said I will get after 6 months when I asked the lady about the contract she said my job is t9 pay not ask for a contract so now I am waiting for Lewis to call police on me since I stole from them as the lady said and stop harassing me at work and my house they should arrest the ***** that is me tired of Lewis damn ****** I wouldn't even recommend it to my dead relatives nor alive They don't even deserve my one star there service is ridiculous They need to learn service etiquette be professional they can't also be calling you with there private phones and go to people's homes at 7 in the morning harassing people no
