After sometime consuming expired foods (none/perishable) from my food retailer/shops around my area at Spar/Astron Energy I went to Environmental Health for assistance (from 18th Sept - 2nd Oct) instead I got laughed at by the manager Siwe Gqaliwe. Even roped in the Clr speaker to intervene dololo.

Gems terminated my membership on the 30th June 2023unreasonable stating I've resigned from Social Development though I was suspended for 3 months without a salary. My suspension was lifted in October 2023 then I called Gems to reactivate my chronic medicine I used to receive they're told me I'm owing R6001,79 but I asked for a breakdown they sent me consent form through my Clientele legal end of 2023. Instead I received a call from a debt collector claiming I must pay R250 immediately. I asked Clientele they they sent me Medscheme contacts to lodge a complaint. I wrote to Council the whole time till to date nothing came out of that instead they rushed to closure of my file without ever having a hearing to state my concerns on record. I called Presidential Hotline then told they don't deal with gems, call dropped abruptly minding that I'm on Chronic Medication. Now my Dr had concerns in my last consultation with him in July 2025.

Apple iPhone is practicing *****ulent activities on my capitec account
I have a situation here whereby iPhone keeps on deducting on my capitec account but I have never owned an iPhone in my life and I have reported it at Capitec last they replaced my card only!! Inconvenience and compromised shopping
Good day, I went to the Newtown bathu shop AFTER struggling to re-download the app AS I since lost MY handset March 2023, YET trying to payoff MY overdue balance of R875 unknowingly IT existed because ALL I know I used to SEE debited amounts ON MY Capitec account! BUT AS FOR ME TO BE TOLD I CAN'T USE THE APP IS unbecoming especially knowing perfectly WELL THE shop NEVER alerted ME IN ANY moment OF THE STATUS OF MY account IN writing! ONLY on THE DAY supposed to MAKE a I'm TOLD I'm BLOCKED FROM utilizing THE service IS an uncultured protocol? NOW I'M TOLD I CAN ONLY purchase CASH ONLY WITH WHICH Budget? I DON'T wanna sound unreasonable BUT YOU ALL KNOW THAT'S NOT HOW point of business work IN South African business landscape!
