Bad manager
I shopped at Ackerman Mall Of Afrika 3 times and I have been. Having the same encounter all over again there's this one person apparently he is the manager I got his name on the badge he is Tumelo, he treats his colleagues like trash he doesn't regard them... I don't think a "manager" have a right to yell and scold his colleagues in front of customers, he calls them names , when we as customers try to intervene he also become rude... I don't think that's how a workplace should be

Ebony park -kaalfontein clinic
Had the worst clinic experience... A nurse with a badge name MNGADI refused helping me and told me he has a choice whether to help me or not and he has decided not to help me... I waited for about 2 hours and another nurse came to my aid he caused a lot of drama after realizing someone else helped me... The clinic need to do something about him

Connecting problem
I don't understand how this company work with been struggling with internet for the past five week now, every week its a same story when the have to assist you they will ask you to move the router to the window what is that...and the consultants always hangs up on us when we try to call, my partner is working from when now he's struggling with connection but when it's time to debit they know that very well, like they even **** said they gonna deduct the day we were not connected but it never happened if there was a zero rating we would rate it zero
