The service is so poor to the extend that the security took our file to another room without telling us anything after waiting for more than 3 hours he came and said our file is on the other side. While I am with and elderly person of about 72 years of age and she was struggling with breathing which the receptions after they took BP they said she has to go to emergency.I won't recommend the service to anyone is just as African community we don't have anywhere ho ho that to depend on the same care which no kne cares when you go there.

A very bad services you will receive at the Doctors and Sisters side once your file has been passed after registration. They do no care about patients, people are in pain, people are not suppose to wait such long times, they work at their own pace when one patient would take about 25 min inside. I have been going there for 2 days arrived at 7am until late at 4pm without any help, they will tell you they working with their so called “fast queues “ Ow what a disaster of a public service centre Ebony clinic is 🚮🚮🚮🚮

Very rude nurses, no service at all, got there.around 14h00, was told family planning is closed.....how? Whereas the clinic closes at 16h00? You get there before 7 am they start their shifts after 9 am, at 10h00 they go on tea, at 12h00 on lunch, come back dragging their feet so it gets to 16h00 then they close with you while you came before them, emergency side has never been treated emergence, a guy injured on the head came in bleeding, they were just passing him like it's nothing, he got dizzy and fell there on the floor still they didn't give a damn. It's either they close the clinic or employ people who want to work. Labour side is worse, nearly gave birth on the floor, the swati-speaking nurse telling me she's not my boyfriend and I mustn't touch the door handle nor come near her with my corona virus.....I was wearing a mask while in pains and she wasn't.

I went there today the 30th of October for my inte natal visit and had terrible cramps as I'm 34 weeks pregnant...when it was my turn to be helped the nurse by the name of Sir Mngadi said he will help me at his own time I waited for almost 3 people behind me to be assisted and went in again but still he said I should go out and wait for him ...mind you I'm sick and it is my turn to be assisted ..I asked for the metron but unfortunately she wasn't around was referred to the assistant ..they already knew who it is i was going to complain about apparently they also scared of him and said he will yell at them they also don't know what to say to him as they really scared of him they apologized for the inconvenience but and offered another nurse to help me..Sir Mngadi didn't even show any remos instead he said he wont help me even on my next visit and I must go report him wherever I want too and started shouting that if I want special treatment I should go to private care not there

Had the worst clinic experience... A nurse with a badge name MNGADI refused helping me and told me he has a choice whether to help me or not and he has decided not to help me... I waited for about 2 hours and another nurse came to my aid he caused a lot of drama after realizing someone else helped me... The clinic need to do something about him

They don't want any visitor to see labour ward, only to find out they neglecting pregnant women,my daughter nearly lost her child yesterday she stayed 24hrs without help. They kept on saying the baby is far relax only to find out she is in labour now.Worse she said they were beating her cz she failed to hold herself while giving birth and popped because she has been crying for so long. Please investigate that clinic especially labour people are traumatized worse even doctors are rude.

Worst service I received here, I came here for my baby who had emergency with her tummy as it was raising and causing bile obstruction, my baby has been in pain from 11h13 till 02h59,that time there is only one ambulance that is currently working, night shift needs to have more stuff aswell so that people can be assistance quickly, and this this thing of doctors staying in the office while we feel cold they not thinking for us.
