King Price Insurance - Poor horrible insurance. Submitted a claim for a car accident. An assessor Samantha Harvey was assigned to assess the claim. She took 5 weeks to do so with the sole purpose of rejecting the claim. The repair was assessed at R65000 which could easily be recovered from the other party. No attempt to assist. Was not treated at all as a client. Furthermore whilst the car was in King Price care further damage was caused by an Assessor Mr. Minnie who authorised it to be stripped whilst parts were ****** and more damaged caused. I lodged a complaint with 3 weeks that have passed with no courtesy of a reply to acknowledgement of responsibility. This is the most ************ insurance behaving more like a ****. Was easy to take my premium. I would not recommend this Insurance to anyone. Horrible experience.
I signed up for gym membeship for my children at Planet Fitness Wanderers. Planet fitness over debited my account for the period October 2024 to December 2024. I tried to address this with the sales consultant Simon, Sales Manager (Granville) and Branch Manager (Dameon Van Wyk). It was further escalated to their cusotmer service platform. To date the above staff members failed to address and managers hwve not responded. I've resorted to cancelling all debit orders and the over deduction has not been refunded. Very poor service for supposedly a reputable gym. A simple refund / credit of my account could resolve this for the debit order to be reinstated. Horrible customer service.
I went to the Waterfall DLTC to renew my drivers licence. The process was quick and efficient. Take the opportunity to commend the excellent service of all staff members from the reception, to queue Marshall and consultants overseeing the renewal process.
Bought an iron from Checkers Emmarentia. After two months it stopped working. Took it in for repairs under the warranty. The manageress by the name of Sharon has not responded nor rep**** to my calls or provided any feedback. Very poor service considering the time is still under warranty
I have a contract with Mastercard for appliance repairs for many years. Recently needed the washing machine repaired. Was repaired in a few days. Service was professional and excellent. I was kept updated all the time. Technician was very professional and repaired the fault expertly.
Following a concern raised on the poor quality of an inspection report from one of the Dekra branches the matter was escalated to Dekra Head office. I take the opportunity to thank Mr. Marius and his assistant Monique for following up and professionally dealing with this complaint. Through their intervention i had a matter resolved with a dealer where i purchased the vehicle.
I previously raised a concern with WeBuyCars on their service . Eventually matter was dealt with by the Mbombela branch where I purchased the car from. I just wish to take the opportunity to thank Mr. Arno and Hannes for the assistance in resolving my concern and the professional and speedy manner that it was attended to.
I bought an item from Builders Warehouse Strubens Valley. I lost the receipt and returned the item after 30 days. They have an excellent system that can track the purchase. Staff and manageress were very helpful and attended to it, no questions asked. Really incredible exceptional service.
I purchased a car from WeBuyCars Mbombela on an online auction in January 2024. The Dekra report listed 2 faults: 1. Window mechanisms not working 2. Windscreen needed to replace All other criteria as per their report was stated as very good. As it was an online auction re**** on the report which WeBuyCars contracts Dekra to provide on the mechanical and physical condition of the car. On fetching the car, the state of the bodywork was entirely misrepresented which was extremely poor, central locking not working and suspension issues which makes it unsafe. There is no way this could be missed by Dekra yet these faults were not stated. This unfortunately msiled me on the condition of the car. Do not hurriedly trust the Dekra reports provided. Be very cautious. If Derkra values its services and provides ethical service, it will contact me and send someone else out to assess the car and compare it to the one presented by WeBuyCars P.S. I take the opportunity to apologize to the AA for previously listing them and was advised that Dekra is a separate entity.
Following some poor experiences with companies in the motor industry, would like to take the time out to compliment Vag Spec Center for their courteous and professional service. I serviced a car there recently. Natasha provided excellent customer service. The workshop did not unnecessarily try and bill me for more work. I thank them for their excellent service and would surely recommend them.
