I have been a customer of First Bank since my school days.
In October 2023, we purchased a SuperFlex 10GB plan and received a SIM card for it. However, the SIM card remained inactive despite several attempts to activate it through MTN stores and customer service calls that resulted in ticket numbers being issued.
I have decided to stop using their services. Despite providing numerous items for auction, some of the sold items have not been paid for. Furthermore, several unsold items have gone missing, and despite my efforts to obtain information about these matters, I have not received any updates. This has been an ongoing issue for several years and has caused significant frustration.
