On the 25th of November 2024, I booked accommodation at RH Hotel Pretoria. I was travelling from Sandton to Pretoria. I got to Pretoria at around 7 P.M. When I got there, I was told that there are no rooms available regardless of the fact that I have already paid and reserved a room earlier during the day. This was unprofessional. I should have been called before travelling to Pretoria. The manager just offered to reimburse me. However, that was not helpful because it was late at night, and he didn't care about my safety. If there no rooms available your website should allow people to book rooms. Imagine if I was from a different province and I didn't have money to book at an alternative hotel? Very unprofessional.
I'm totally annoyed. I order 2 Pizzas from Debonairs Engen garage Tembisa. I waited for 2 hours and 30 minutes before my order was delivered. I stay 10 minutes from that shop. There's no reasonable explanation for such delay. My order was incorrect when it got here. The driver returned with the order. I want my money back.
I transferred an amount from my African Bank account to my Investec bank account because I needed to pay for my son's school fees. I did an immediate payment. After 5 hours the amount doesn't show on my Investec Bank account. I called Investec Bank and ensured that the problem is not on their end. African Bank only told me when I called them after 5 hours that they have a system problem and their upgrading the platform. I needed to pay the school fees today. I was embarrassed when I had to tell the administrator that I can't pay the school fees. African Bank should tell their costumers when there's technical issues.
