I recently installed a tracker on my AMAROC, the following morning I couldn’t start the car. The battery was super low, something which has never happened before. I jumpstart the car with the hopes that the battery will pick up , the battery does indeed pick up in the morning the battery is dead again. I went to buy a new battery seeing this was an inconvenience and I couldn’t travel to work or any other places. When I took out the battery, tracker didn’t call, I check on the app , the car isn’t listed on the app, clearly the tracker is faulty because I keep disconnecting the car battery in order to try and save the battery. This is such a horrible decision . If it was not the instance of my insurance I wouldn’t have installed tracker . Let alone this company . I have several vehicles on the same company and I intend to move to a different tracking company for insurance purpose. I hardly every complain , I always try to find solutions , but if a company can risk such a priced belonging , then clear they need bad publicity.
This company is top tier in terms of services . I just love them
So I had a router issue on Tuesday , I called Metro fibre to try get it sorted , after 2 hours of trying to authenticate, it turns out the router I was using was struck by lighting, safe to safe Phindile Msokwini was the star for the day, I managed to use my outdoor router in the meantime whilst awaiting my replacement . Thank you so much for your patience and good customer service ❤️
These guys are professional and always deliver on time, their a holdings company with many subsidiaries, i worked with their retail and construction companies. I would recommend them for construction related works and retail.
I have been a client for standard bank and have since struggled with the quality of service. I have requested for a bond amendment on my grant, for the previous two weeks its been on the same status “Awaiting verification”. I don’t usually write bad reviews about companies. But i am left without a choice.
Apple south africa is such a horrible service provider.
