I had laminate flooring installed throughout my house a few years ago and was told this had a 15 year warranty. The first time the flooring had problems, they came and replaced the damaged floor. 5 years down the line, the skirting boards are falling off in places (laminate used) and there are a number of wood tiles now either bubbling or cracking. I have contacted them and am being pushed from pillar to post with no assistance. This has been going on for 3 weeks now and no joy from them at all.
I have been purchasing frozen baby peas from McCain for years. However, their quality has become quite disgusting. In the pack, I find beans, rotten peas, and stalks. This is disappointing and costly, as I am a pensioner with no income. I purchase about 6 to 8 packs a week so it's exceptionally costly throwing out a lot of the product. I sent them a message to which I received an automated response an hour later, asking me to rate their service (this was about 3 weeks ago) and have still not had a single response from them at all
I sent an email 4 days ago saying that my app gives me a message "Profile Error - Could not find/retrieve your profile). They have still not responded to me. My son's car is on the same policy and they told me he must log in with my details and it won't allow him to do either that or create his own. I have sent another email and hopefully somebody will respond this time or I will cancel this policy
About 2 weeks ago my issue was solved, today I decided to chat the app on my vehicles and lo and behold, give me a "thumbs down" sign on the app. I go to WhatsApp to check what the problem is, and I am told the battery is flat. I was told the app doesn't make the battery flat as it's wireless. Now suddenly after 3 weeks of being installed in my 2 vehicles, both tracker batteries are flat. This is insanity, and not worth the money. Please don't bother with these people; they only respond to you when you write a bad review on Hello Peter. Find a decent tracking company that bothers with their clients and the service we are paying for. I am done with them now
After umpteen emails to rectify the vehicle fitted with a tracker, another dozen phone calls, I get promised my certificate will be rectified. Then I call and am told that the vehicle hasn't moved therefore they cannot correct my vehicles details and I must download the app, which is equally useless. The office staff are the most *********** people I have ever dealt with and they don't bother to reply to me unless I waste my airtime calling them.
MiWay Insurance Nomsa Mokoena assisted me where her previous ****orker told me she done the vehicle inspection but had **** and Nomsa promptly assisted me with photo's I had sent, she was an absolute angel, patient and helpful
Lebogang Rakosa told me she had assisted me in processing the vehicle inspection. A few minutes later another lady told me it hadn't been done and kindly did it for me. I truly hope Lebogang's poor work isn't a reflection on MiWay
My son paid a lot of money for a gaming keyboard. While it was still under guarantee, it stopped working. He asked for a replacement but Takealot gave him a refund and told him to buy a new one. He searched for the same one and saw that they still had the same keyboards in stock. He questioned it and they said "you got a credit". Now this is ******* because the prices have gone up so they want him to pay in the extra to replace this keyboard which is still under guarantee I am most disappointed as we have purchased a lot over the years from Takealot and to suddenly bear the brunt of the costs when the keyboard is still covered, is really unfair
Builders Warehouse's online service is incredible. I find visiting them in person not such a great experience, but purchasing online, you are helped instantly, and the delivery is always earlier than expected
These people are really keen and eager to help until you have paid in full and when there are problems afterwards, then the "after sales service" on which they claim to "pride themselves" doesn't exist. We have been waiting since February for a single reply, but nothing................... R75k spent and no joy getting them to repair what was supposedly done by "qualified carpenters"
