Capital Legacy - Shandre Steenkamp - bad service
After receiving amazing service from Shandre Steenkamp, suddenly I was being ignored. I had one question which has still to be answered after at least a week. She then replies but doesn't answer the next question. I cannot believe people in this day and age and our economy can only do their jobs well when they want a good review and after that the worst service is dished out. Nothing on Capital Legacy, just on Shandre who went from brilliant to the most awful service. I am bitterly disappointed in her.

Capital Legacy
A wonderful lady, Shandre Steenkamp has been assisting me in changing an item in my current will. She was so impressive, constant feedback, very professional and so helpful. The will was also amended so quickly and returned to me. I truly appreciate this company and Shandre's help

A special thanks to Justin and Ridaa for taking their time to help me, to find out where security was and to keep me information the entire time as my son had broken down near Alexandra. I highly recommend Miway, I wouldn't have any other insurance

Carpet and Decor Centre bad after sale service
I had laminate flooring installed throughout my house a few years ago and was told this had a 15 year warranty. The first time the flooring had problems, they came and replaced the damaged floor. 5 years down the line, the skirting boards are falling off in places (laminate used) and there are a number of wood tiles now either bubbling or cracking. I have contacted them and am being pushed from pillar to post with no assistance. This has been going on for 3 weeks now and no joy from them at all.

I have been purchasing frozen baby peas from McCain for years. However, their quality has become quite disgusting. In the pack, I find beans, rotten peas, and stalks. This is disappointing and costly, as I am a pensioner with no income. I purchase about 6 to 8 packs a week so it's exceptionally costly throwing out a lot of the product. I sent them a message to which I received an automated response an hour later, asking me to rate their service (this was about 3 weeks ago) and have still not had a single response from them at all

I sent an email 4 days ago saying that my app gives me a message "Profile Error - Could not find/retrieve your profile). They have still not responded to me. My son's car is on the same policy and they told me he must log in with my details and it won't allow him to do either that or create his own. I have sent another email and hopefully somebody will respond this time or I will cancel this policy

Matrix Vehicle Tracking (Beame)
About 2 weeks ago my issue was solved, today I decided to chat the app on my vehicles and lo and behold, give me a "thumbs down" sign on the app. I go to WhatsApp to check what the problem is, and I am told the battery is flat. I was told the app doesn't make the battery flat as it's wireless. Now suddenly after 3 weeks of being installed in my 2 vehicles, both tracker batteries are flat. This is insanity, and not worth the money. Please don't bother with these people; they only respond to you when you write a bad review on Hello Peter. Find a decent tracking company that bothers with their clients and the service we are paying for. I am done with them now

Matrix Vehicle tracking
After umpteen emails to rectify the vehicle fitted with a tracker, another dozen phone calls, I get promised my certificate will be rectified. Then I call and am told that the vehicle hasn't moved therefore they cannot correct my vehicles details and I must download the app, which is equally useless. The office staff are the most *********** people I have ever dealt with and they don't bother to reply to me unless I waste my airtime calling them.

MiWay Insurance Nomsa Mokoena assisted me where her previous ****orker told me she done the vehicle inspection but had **** and Nomsa promptly assisted me with photo's I had sent, she was an absolute angel, patient and helpful
