i just bought Volkano flex vk-1146, earphones at king Shaka International airport the port doesn't charge. the earpieces don't last the up to 20h of play as promised. the quality is bad. Am so disappointed... How do i even return this? i was at a connecting flight ... am stuck with a R300+ purchese
i am an art gallery owner, changed the bank account details now my account has not been verified for over a week now...its been a week try to get hold of the customer service, with no luck their call center doesn't work... i was on hold for 2hrs. ther chat box is horrible my issue keeps been taken to what what department. i run a business here!!!!!! now i cant access my funds.
After So many attempts my Issue still not resolved. A promise of 48hr is a joke FNB will drag you through PAIN For their own internal problems. close to a month account closed. NO COMMUNICATION. NO FOLLOW UP. 5 DIFFERENT PEOPLE HELPING. STILL NOTHING> I am sick of this. All i get is automatic responses. Worse the will only call me after seeing my review here. BS. and try to make you feel like there is something being done. Affidavit done as per their request. still. Lord know who else is going through this.
