Do not book don’t be fooled by it being cheap!!!!!
The bus was scheduled to take off at 13:00 PM, no cummunication till later on at 5PM we told the bus is outside and it won’t be able to come in park station we should go outside with our luggage. Bus took of at 6. We had a pit stop right after leaving still in jozi they said 20 mins we sat in the bus for an hour so technically we left at 7 close to 8. The bus was overloaded people sitting on the floor. The operators are rude we told if you booked via compiticket you’ll board the next bus tomorrow. Bus is not cleaned very filthy.

i sent an email for assistance to them, its past 24hrs no reply, when you call them you wait on the que for over 30 min and no one answers the call.
