In order to reduce our electricity costs we investigated various solar options. Gosolr gave us the best solar deal. They were very professional and the installation was quick and neat. The initial tuning of the system for optimum output was efficiently done by the tech staff. Extremely happy and saving costs. Highly recommend Gosolr.

I have given an alternative contact number and even said i can be contacted via email, but Donovan Chetty and Treasure Mhlongo at Discovery Insure are impossible to get hold of. A MONTH and A HALF later and I am still struggling with any sort of customer service from Discovery Insure.. This is really beyond pathetic! I just want everything completed so that i can find another insurance company to move to! I never want to deal with Discovery Insure again as I guess there policy means please pay us and pray you never need our assistance! This is beyond pathetic and has been a painful drag out of a horrible experience.. I can't believe that Discovery Insure can treat their customers so badly!
So being beyond annoyed and frustrated i can honestly say don’t ever use Discovery Insure for anything!! Having a traumatic incident happen on the 4 Jan and not being once contacted or assisted by them! If I don’t call to follow up, which by the way has been a sorry no one can update you or sorry the people you need aren’t ever available, we promise they will call you back. The consultants will tell you they are really busy and can assist once they have caught up December! Not bothering to call, Email or even sms me an update! The consultants are rude and unhelpful! The way we have been treated is disgusting and unacceptable! Discovery should not offer a service they can not provide!
In April I phoned Dstv to make sure they don't activate my pvr again as I was going through a messy divorce and my ex stole it out my house! They promised they put a note on the system so that he couldn't call in. In August I phoned in again to do extra view activation and so I checked that the note was there and they said it was. Today I get my subscription suspended, so I call in to find out the reason. They said my husband phoned in and activated a pvr on my name! Wtf after I told them no one has permission to access my account! How can they just let a male activate decoders on a females account? There service is pathetic as they said I'm liable to now pay for the arrears account even though they didn't check the notes on the account! By letting him access my account after I instructed he may not is fraud.
