What a lying *****....
The worse service ever. The instructor never sticks to appointment times and does not communicate in advance if he cannot make it. I got 2 hours of lessons out of him over a time period of 2 months. I requested a refund for the remaining 3hrs which I paid upfront. I am still waiting for 3 weeks now; he just keeps on making excuses and just stopped replying to my messages. What a *****.

Disappointed at online service
I placed an online order with Decofurn Furniture because they were running a clearance sale, and I needed some furniture for my new home I just purchased. I was over the moon to receive R300 discount voucher for being a first-time buyer and spending over R2300. I made sure my order was over 4k so that i could receive free shipping to the value of R300. I had 7 items in my cart. When I checked out to my disappointment I was charged for shipping and the 2 barstools I ordered changed to 1. I thought maybe it changed because they were out of stock. I visited the store before my delivery came trying to rectify this error explaining that I am being charged 8 assembly fees instead of 6 " because my cart changed when I checked out" causing me to loose the R300 discount and leaving me a chair short and paying for 2 extra assembly fees. I was told the only thing that can be done was to cancel the order and reorder. Which would make me the looser still of my R300 first time buyer voucher. I ended up fed up and bought the 2nd chair instore and paid for assembly as well. To date no communication from them for the extra charges. The staff working on the floor and tills however are very pleasant and helpful.

GOOD CHOICE
SAVES ME SO MUCH TIME TO PAY ALL OUR COMPANY FINES WITH THEM. I GET MONTHLY STATEMENTS WITH ALL OUTSTANDING FINES. THEY EVEN OFFER DISCOUNTS. STAFF ALWAYS ANSWER YOUR CALL AND VERY HELPFULL. THANK YOU FINES SA.
