KFC MADELIEF!! The WORST service and i thought a Manager should set the example for customers and her staff members. But NO she teach them how to SHOUT at customers!! What a disgrace!! She was screaming at me, asked me whats my problem and refused to give me her name, hence she was the one asking me who are hooting in the drive way as i answered all the people where hooting as we have to wait in line for 20 min for 1x Large chips. I highly recomend to rather visit Kfc Ninapark. I await resonse of a higher person. This is NOT the first time!! Her words: YOU CAN REPORT ME I DONT CARE!! Shame on you i hope you read this your self!

Build it Rosslyn verry upsetting!! We asked for a oil base paint for a house to be painted. The Lady assisted assured us that it is watrproof and oil based!!! Hell no!! We can not wash it as the paint is lofting up as well as when you paint the second coat the color changes !!! Please when you hire employees make sure your sales lady have knowledge this is far more expensive to do it over again as we trust your company to provide us with a service rendered!!! So disappointed with your services !! God forbid all clients stay away let them first of hand give their employees training!! Im ferociously unhappy with the ****!!!
Good evening. I ordered food through MR D. I only received one of my orders, contacted the KFC and within 15 min i received my order from KFC and MR D. Thank you Ehuti KFC Ninapark and MR D for the promt service as you have rendered client service to me.
I had an incedent with Ninapark KFC at Northdale Shopping centre. I had to return to the KFC of which my order was not complete and had a few items missing. As i was calmly regarding this incendent, i requested to take it up with the Manager... One mistake turned into the most helpful service rendered... Thank you so much to the manager David Chauke for correcting my order with the pleasant smile without any arguments! Now that is excellent service and would advice all the KFC's to employ such a person! Thank you i will most definitely support again!
This service from Njabulo was very poor as an consultant phones you to tell you, you will not be covered for the app**** policy and was downgraded to a lower policy with more fees. I was told telephonically that my refund for the previous moths will take place on the 01/03/2024 and yet it was the wrong information as i had to phone in regarding this matter and was told by the superior named Siphokazi that the refund process takes 10-21 working days!!! This is bull****!!! Why was i not assisted by Njabulo accordingly regarding the refund process??? AllLife are so arguer to proceed with an debit order as soon as possible but yet so ****ing slow by refunding. This is verry disappointing!!! I am most definitely going to cancel my policy and rather apply for my policy at Clientele Life!!
