People be careful with Vodacom!!
So again I am trying to cancel a contract which was supposed to be canceled a year ago but, I am having no luck getting the contract canceled the previous consultant that was supposed to cancel it never did so I ended up paying a contract I am not using. Now they want me to pay a contract I'm not using for another year due to the end date - What the hell!!! This is absolutely disgraceful forcing someone to pay for something they never agreed to and followed every step correctly in terms of paying outstanding balance,etc.

DON;T USE MIXTELEMATICS - MATRIX !!!!!
They don't even deserve the one star but, Hello Peter doesn't allow you to go further without putting someThing there. I have complained numerous times aBout them on Hello Peter. The last time I actually received a call from Claudia. We have an agreement in place but, alas to no surprise I am being harrased by them for a payment that I can prove went off my bank account and get threatrs of extra costs being added - never mind that they have been charging me for services I requested a long time ago to cancel and am being forced to pay. Seriously these people are ridiculous!! When I asked the person if they can see that I have an agreement with Claudisa and that my contract is to be cancelled the person had no clue. People a HUGE warning - NEVER NEVER use them!!! It will be a HUGE HUGE mistake!!! I have spoken to numerous people who have the same problems I have. There is absolutely NO customer service in any part of that business. No responcse or help with your issues, the list goes on and on and on.

MATRIX - WORST COMPANY - STAY VERY FAR AWAY!!!!!
One star is too much for them!! The WORST company to deal with. Customer service is disgusting - you can't call it customer service. None of your queries or problems get resolved. No-on ecomes back to you. They harrass you and ignore every call and email you do. STAY AWAY!!!!

RAINBOW TREE - FANTASTIC!
Jayne and Lea are incredible. They offer Awesome products that are well priced. Always a pleasure to deal with them. They are always there for advice and will assist as much as they can. They will also source products you are looking for if they don't have it. Jayne and Lea really go out of their way for their clients and resellers. No matter what they might be going through, you know you can count on them to assist you.

GYM COMPANY - DO NOT USE THEM
The Gym Company are just out to make money. You call trying to make arrangements to pay off money owing on an account dur to not having work anymore and the only help they give is pay the full outstanding amount. You can't ask them to put the account on hold or anything to be able to catch up on payments. So while you pay off they keep adding monthly installments and keep debiting an account that has no money. Causing returned debit fees on your bank account and adding onto the outstanding balance meaning you will never be able to pay it off and close the account as the amount keeps going up. They are not interested at all in helping you. They are SHARKS!!!

HELP
Hi, They are friendly and helpful. My biggest problem is that there is no way to pay off fines. Especially big amounts that weren't even done by myself. I am not in a good financial situation and need help paying the fines off but, there seems to be no help with that. They need to have a system where people can pay their fines off. I want to sort the fines out but, can't pay a lump sum as it is literally impossible for me to do that.

EXCELLENT SERVICE FROM B'S AUTO CLINIC
Brandon at B's Auto Clinic is friendly, efficient and has excellent prices. Went there unhappy with a problem car and came left smiling. He sorted all the problems on my car in excellent time. He was professional and friendly and explains everything. He even sends you photos or videos of what is wrong while he's working on your car so you can see what he is talking about. How many mechanics do that? An Extremely happy client who will continue to use him and refer him to others.

No help at all for someone who it trying to do the right thing!
Hi, If I didn't have to select a star I most definitely wont. I have been struggling for months to get proper help from Vodacom. Either you have to deal with a rude agent, or they won't listen to what your problem is and what you need help with. You keep having to go in circles. They are not willing to listen to you properly and actually help. I am stuck with a contract I can't afford due to being on debt review thanks to ****mers who emptied my bank account two months in a row. I have explained over and over and over about my situation but, get no help. They would rather pay their lawyers to harass you and pay lawyers them when if they listen and actually help the problem would be solved. What is a person who is trying to do the right thing meant to do? It's bad enough I am in this situation and having to embarassingly tell them my situation and beg for help, now I must go in circles and tell my story over and over and over with no outcome at all.
