Dissipointed - had ford protect for car extended to 90 000km after ford maintance plan expiered at 60 000km, car serviced at Ford July 2025, 63 000km on clock - Took car in end April 2026 to learn car plan goes to 90 000km but expiered August 2025 due to car yearly service as per ford shows 120 000 and not the 67 000km on clock currently, I contacted for pro for i have being paying since august 2025 every month R 249 and when taking car for service learn it was canceled or expiered by Ford Pro and I have being paying for nothing, when contacted Oratile Moletsane assisted me and feedback was refund up and will be loaded on sysyem and i will get my monies overpaid back, i had to wait 2 weeks , Ford admin send through cancel subscription and await refund, Ford admin confirmed it loaded for payment and Kulani Baloyi confirmded with Pin of of ford protect all sorted for refund - no problem - 22 April 2026 Ford Admin confirmed loaded for payment - then 14 May 2026 when asking what going on Ford Admin , from fordadmin@pinnafrica.co.za, Oratile Motesane from Frodpro1@ford.com stated no refund - I paid for service in end April from my pocket, I paid from august 2025 for a service Ford **** about and when payment due it is - no refund - my policy number was B05080145671900 - THIS IS NOT SERVICE THIS IS COMPANY TAKING MONIES FOR NO SERVICE
Stay away stay away...trying to close account went to bank paid in final settlement as per bank then o sorry 😞 phone tomorrow we need to check although payment made at bank then next day o you owe again over R111 banking fees...I answer you said no mere it done no no pay another R111 and that how ot goes this bank ******* second incident of this bank please I warn all stay away...

I advice to check Standard Bank Home loans and note you not going to get assistance if a problem on bank side happens, the do not communicate explain how a home loan of R 471 000 made in 2013 accumulated interest to R 554 000 , monthly Assurance paid monthly payment goes from where it started R 3800 to Nov 2024 R 5020 all fine then Jan 2025 to R 6561 and o yes no communication warning info nothing just when you log a call bank made error on premuim so not going to R 8800 still no communication - yes understand there was a 36 month fix rate of 8.65% which according to them expired now but we also had to intrest rate cuts - so how do they jump to 12% which still do not give you their deductions please note not 1 day was i behind and when phoning answer is log a call and we will see - what about money taken and not informed of - I do not have extra so how must does this work - STAY AWAY from Stand Bank - I have logged complaint at ombudsman how long it going to take I do not know but I will not pay 1 cent on this ***** - 2 consultants 4 different answers and yet both states problem on bank side but it is my fault
They eager to make the sale problem comers with after service , 1 February i bought a lounge sweet couple of thousand rand, 1 week i was away from work, second week using this set and it just me i find it rearing open on the stiching, the leg crack the staples tears through the material - I logged a exchange - did not ask refund i liked the set - 3 weeks take a lot chedule a pick up do not pictch - 3 times i took unpaid leave from work to sit home from 8 till 7 and no one pitch, i spoke to agents jaden, cathy, Caryn , Gorgi etc and the service is empty promises - set is packed up to be taken away so i do not have set to sit on , i cannot believe the poor of poor service i found and encounterd , i mailed over and over no feedback - I will not use them again for i am so dissipointed and I m stuck with ******* that cost me a lot of many and take a lot truly ****s customers - empty promise with in correct period I logged this complain and they did not assist
