Isabella called and offered the product with monthly premium then later i realised i wont afford it then i called to cancell and they told me that a consultant will call me to cancell but 2 weekes down the line it still not cancelled and no one called me
Poor Communication and Management oversight... i will never recommend it to anyone

I canceled my medical aid in November last year 2024 n they said after 4months they will pay my savings back;end of April I called n was told there is backlog end of May I called again I was told to wait until July 2025 what a poor service

Poor service
last year i had a party and paid full amount for the deco and they gave me missing items on the deco and they also refused to pay me back what i paid for and ended up blocking me.
