Following the References Rp2508205325, Zethu Seme rendered an excellent service to me as client of FNB, the agent was helpful and willing to help and I really appreciate her service. I realised that her service can't be replaced by AI.
McDonald's at Nkomo village in Atteridgeville,Pretoria the service is not welcoming the rest room is locked and you need to ask for key at the counter and the order take more than 30 minutes before they serve you. And to my surprise this is the first mcdonalds that I have to ask for a toilet ever since. So if you want to know that Africans are not the same come to this mcdonalds and you'll be treated like black person in the late 80's before freedom.
Eskom is useless to me because the workers there they are not rendering the service to us and even the management of Eskom are not supervising the work that are supposed to render by the employees. They work as they wish and even if I stop the technician of eskom, explaining ny frustration of not having electricity for the period of 50 days, and showing him the references and the answer I got was how much you can pay me to fix your problem. In Limpopo province you need to pay for Eskom technician to come to your adress to fix the property of Eskom. Lebowakgomo customer service centre is promoting *******ion and management also not doing anything about it. I wrote many emails to Limpopo@eskom.co.za and till today no one responded to email.my references are 885312162 and 906730185.
I am very disappointed with Lebowakgomo customer service centre for not helping us with the complain we logged for assistance. On 01 December 2024 I reported the complain of power failures and it was logged as an emergency complain because the cables are hanging low after the car crashed to the pole and is now 48 days of waiting without any assistance from the technician team. The life of kids and animals are at danger the reference number is 885312162 At Gamolapo in Zibediela we are compromised by Lebowakgomo customer service centre in Limpopo province. I am looking forward for minister Kgosientsho Ramokgopa to interfere on the matters because the Eskom is losing client and ******* connection grabs opportunity by this kind of behaviour. The management of eskom need to work hard and monitor thier employees and make sure that we recieved service from the technicians teams.
The service at GPG Ambulance is excellent the call is answered within a minutes or two. And no dropping of calls; the shift that was working night shift on the 13/01/2025 deserves the rewards.
The putco new buses are so comfortable and safe for a trip and punctual on time. The only thing that need to be solved is the new card system for payment,many drivers need a work shop because all trips are equal R44.00 from Allemansdrift to Pretoria and from Bigtree mall to Pretoria also R44.00. And the Management of putco in Rossville Mr Sphiwe Mhlangu is not taking our query so serous because on 10/12/2024 I send him the complain about the price abnormalities but even today he never reply to my email. I requested the price list as a customer but it was difficult for his as a manager to send it or adress my query.

Eskom at Lebowakgomo client service center fail me as customer I log the emergency call at Gamolapo in Limpopo province on date 01/12/2024 as per ref:885312162 and 885458327 till today the technician never attended the complain and the pole on our street was knocked down by car and now the life cable that are carring high voltage are hanging low about 1.7 meter high and the life of the children are at risk, and the official at eskom are not taking this matter serious. The coplain was also send to the email adress:idmhelpdesk@eskom.co but still no respond or reply from eskom. Please something need to be done at Lebowakgomo since we are compromised as the customers of eskom and we are paying the units but still living in the dark without electricity.
Yeterday I visit Pick n pay at Nkomo village mall to buy Groceries, Bakery site I found out that the Expiry dates was not checked because all the breads they baked sell by date was 03/09/2024 yesterday and not on the markdown, Fruit and Vegetables area, their fruit and vegetables were fresh and I am happy on that but the was no one to assist us as customers so I was not assisted. People if you take care for us as customers we will also take care of you, I hope this days Manager will now on manage the store not the office. I hope this will help them to better their service.
Lebowakgomo customer service in Limpopo province fail me, I went to them physically with a meter box that was wrongfully registered by the new installer and they just told me to phone the person that was on my yellow paper to ask for a copy of and ID, which I did but the person promise to sent me but never fulfill. The I call Polokwane customer service on the 28/07/2024 as per Ir 826908862 and eskom self-service is failing me.
