Do business with these people at your own peril.
These people badgered me for more than a year with calls after I declined every time. When they eventually wore me down I entered into the agreement with them. They failed to deliver from their part and I cancelled the contract. Cancellation reference 55623629. No they refuse to cancel the contract. I just received another message informing me that my Dt Order wil be going off Shortly. Don’t let these people corner you and then try to intimidate you.

Need to beg for a response
<p>It has been 4 calls and 4 sms 's later. I need my aircon fixed, but They have no interest in helping this new customer. Don't know why i keep getting ignored....maybe they should put a minimum amount on their time, so they dont waste mine.</p>

Worst customer service ever
<p>I bought a brand new bike from them which they fitted and serviced for me. I took the bike for a ride and the wheel came off. Broke my colorbone. When I approached them afterwards ( I blame them for not tightening the wheel properly) they said that they will look into it. Some insurer contacted me to hear my side of the story. It has been 4 months and not so much as " are you ok?" from cycle lab. Stay away from them.... Too many cycle stores to support the ones that treat customers like rubbish. </p>
