Email not being answered
Very poor service from Wikideals. I have sent multiple emails with no response and whenever I call, the call drops and no one calls back. It is unprofessional and frustrating, especially when customers are trying to resolve an issue. Customers deserve better communication and support.

Don’t recommend
Worst medical insurance I ever came across. They’re so quick to deduct money but when you go to doctors they never pay. I ended up cancelling their insurance because I’ve never used it. I was just paying for nothing.
