How on earth am I supposed to wait three months for a single table? Customer service has been completely useless—every support option is unavailable. There’s no tracking information, no way to log an inquiry, and no communication at all. The only option I’ve found is to file a complaint on HelloPeter
I am writing to formally express my deep frustration with your firm regarding an ongoing issue that has not been resolved despite my numerous attempts to communicate via email and phone. Several months ago, I was notified that I allegedly owed your company an outstanding amount. However, I had already settled this debt directly with the supplier over a year ago, and I have proof of payment to support this. Despite this, your company claimed I still owed money, including accrued interest. In good faith and with the intention of resolving the matter, I requested a full statement from your office. I paid the amount reflected in that statement, as the interest is not my fault owing in an effort to close the matter and protect my credit record. However, to date, no one has confirmed whether the issue has been resolved, and my name still appears to be tarnished. Instead of receiving support or a resolution, I have been continuously redirected to an automated collections queue, which has made it impossible to engage with a person who can assist me. This lack of proper communication and accountability is unacceptable. I would like to escalate this matter further, as your firm has failed to take the appropriate steps to correct this issue and clear my name. I am prepared to pursue this through the appropriate legal or regulatory channels if necessary. Please treat this as a matter of urgency and respond with a clear plan of action and timeline for resolution.

Firstly, they have billed me incorrectly, which has resulted in my number being suspended for a month. During the last two months of my contract, I have called in every day, sent numerous emails back and forth, made payments as per the installment plan, but still have not received any feedback. Despite receiving several case numbers, an agent called me to upgrade my contract as it was coming to an end. However, I did not give permission for an upgrade. He then went ahead and billed me to elevate my bundle pack, which I refused. I asked him to cancel whatever he signed me up for, but he told me to ignore the SMS.
