Ref: 00093547255, First of all i am so fed up of the services that i am getting from different departments of your organizations it is ridiculous and too pathetic, I am having my own car insurance since inception of the car finance but i was being informed that i was being overcharged on finance, on different occasions and on different times i provided proof of insurance of my car which is on finance with Absa, I am trying to get my refund but after numerous emails and after making many calls i am not getting anyone who can really resolve my query, Can i please get in contact with someone who can really resolve my query and assist me promptly in getting my refund that i was being overcharged for,
What a ridiculous service Precision Reapir Centre is providing to the customers first of all i am having question to Momentum as why are you having contract with useless repair centre like Precision Repair Centre i think like other government sectors this firm also know how to waste time and resources of thepoor people in the community we gave our car for repair 40 days ago through momentum car insurance and we are only getting car ready today what a waste of time considering today's economy this firm doesn't value time and money of common people who lives on budget they dont consider importance of not having car even for one day as there is no proper public transportation in our country i suggest momentum to break all ties with this firm and find reliable, better and quick repair centre where things get done faster and quickly what a shame dealing with them and i did not even receive one follow up call or even one call of apology for delaying repair of our car thanks for the greatest services you offered us and i hope we will never deal with you going forward and may you lose all your contracts thanks
Just few weeks ago i wrote review about monetum car insurance i even went to their offices in centurion and the manager over there promised me that it will be sorted this was on 12th November and they asked for 6 working days today is 22nd November we are keep sending emails to Tukedi Pitsi and they least bother responding to my emails what a ridiculous service shame on such a big company please dont get fooled by their promised in total it has been 33 days since we gave our vehicle to repair but no progress as yet can someone in higher management please read my review and get back to me as your senior management is not capable at all to drive through customer service shame on momentum i am regretting myself for joining them and soon i will change my car insurance ****** ridiculous service!!!!
What a shame!!! We sent our car for repair from last few weeks but there is no call back from anyone today in the morning when i called them to enquire about it they said they will follow up with repair work we never received any quotation or anything it was just approved without our consent then i asked them to speak to manager that lady doesn't even know how to speak to humans we told them we want our car back as soon as possible she said she wont give it back to us what kind of behavior is this? While doing marketing you talk about big things and give false claims about claim being done in 24 hours but it is more than 24 days but they are still going to take more than 15 working days we pay regularly without fail we don't eat food but we pay our premiums and this is what we get in return can someone look into this as even senior managements are having an ugly attitude towards customer services what a shame MOMENTUM cant you find better people for senior posts
