Me and my husband were assisted by Dahne at Vodacom waterfall mall. The shop next to pnp. She was inappropriately dressed in a ****tube crop top and she was flirting with my husband the whole time... her service was very poor. She was more focused on impressing my husband for some reason than actually completing the transaction. How does she expect anyone to take her seriously when she's dresses like a teenager going to a party. This shop will never see me or my family ever again.
I was contacted by a Ms Maurien Meiring on the number 014 523 9365. She was so rude and unprofessional. She refused to speak english. We live in a modern world, how can someone just assume we can all speak afrikaans. She does not have any ethics.
It was very poor. I went to Cell C Waterfall Mall obout an upgrade. And the Oppo representative kept making tik tok videos with one of the consultants. The oppo rep "Lesego" i believe needs to learn to conduct herself in a professional manner. Or wait until after work hours to make her tik tok videos.
