Even after I wrote a VERY NEGATIVE review and posted it on this platform and I have also been trying to reach them by calling the local Telkom outlet ( Paarl Mall, to see if they can get hold of their rep to going to the outlet to get some help with my phone. They were unable to assist me. I'm disabled and wheelchair bound, which makes it very difficult to get to the outlet and speak to you, as I desperately need help with my phone, I still haven't received any help from you !! I will not recommend, you to my worst enemy! I've been so happy with your product,, but the lack of service is preventing me from doing it!!

My husband bought 2 Oppo Reno 15 Pro phones @ Cell C in highveld mall. There was a promotion when you buy the 15 Pro you would receive another small phone free. Upon signing the contract he was advised that the extra phones were on back order and he would be contacted once the phones were delivered to the store. He waited for 2 weeks but no call. He decided to go today to check and was told by Itumeleng who is the area manager at Oppo that the phones are out of stock and we will not be getting them anymore and there is nothing he can do. He was very rude and had a "I don't care attitude". I cannot believe that a "whole manager" can be that careless when it comes to their customers. My husband and I always buy our phones from Oppo. These are our 3rd Oppo phones and after this treatment from Itumeleng we are even considering returning the phones, cancelling the contract and buying different brands. We are very disappointed because we are loyal to the brand however we have realised that Oppo does not value their clients. We feel ****med by Oppo for advertising false information just to make sales.

I'm experiencing a problem with my A74 Oppo phone, it doesn't matter in which application I work, extremely annoying emojis pop up, I have tried to get hold of OPPO SA with no avail! I'm very happy with my phone, but their poor service has left a very bitter taste in my mouth, not to be recommend to anyone!

I purchase a Oppo reno 13 in December, the phone was over a week and the phone started to heat when i was on a video call, I have also tried sending videos on WhatsApp and the phone started overheating. the Oppo rep don't have answers or want to replace the phone. While my phone was charging the phone started to over heat as well. how does a phone not even a month old start over heating. i will never recommend a oppo ever again you rather stick to samsung

This is the worst thing I ever bought in my life, worst phone I've had ever and I used a 3310 in 2024, this thing is slower than anything I've ever experienced.. Have to double tap for it to react, have to press the power button twice before it wakes up, if I restart it it takes 15min to switch on! Can't awnser any phone calls, a person has to phone me atleast twice for me to be able to talk to them, I awnser the phone only to hear nothing and the person on the other end of the line said I never picked up the phone while I definitely answered it to hear only silence, the whole system is full of ads can't even adjust the device settings without being intercepted by an ad.. Would not recommend it for anything or anyone POS

My wife went to Telkom in Mall of Africa to get a new phone. The Oppo representative told her if she took the Oppo phone she would receive a free smart watch. After 3 months she has not received the watch and is stuck with what is in her opinion a useless phone. Beware!

Please confirm how the phones music app have ads on it, this means oppo is receiving money from the companies they advertise for, can you resolve this or should I sue you....
